- the O2 Sensor holes are 180° different from the stock ones. Makes the wiring more difficult to run, as there's not much slack. Anyone else have problems with the O2 sensor wires?
The O2 sensors won't reach their new location. You'll need to remove their wiring from the clips to re-route them. No cutting of wires is required. It's a bit of a bear to reach all the clips and impossible to do with the new headers in place so do this step once the manifolds are out but before the headers are in. Zip tie the O2 sensor wires to keep them from drooping on the hot headers and shorting out.
