I got a guy at a machine shop that i went to school with who says if i bring him a template he can make the flange that bolts up to the toyota exhaust manifold. Then i would build the rest. Anyone actually have any interest in this???

I'm going to order the turbo flange and go buy the tubing.

You have a PM

Propane power too

Now that this is back to life, I am considering a similar route to Mace, I have a replacement manifold flange and may have it replicated in 1/4 inch, then some heavy exhaust tube, the a T3 flange.

You can purchase a wastegate with a weldable flange, drill your hole, weld on your flange and hook all the other s*** up.

Have you had any other issues with exhaust leaks Mace? How much boost are you running?

in the end i was very happy with it but killed a seal in the turbo and havnt had the time or money to fix it so just bolted extractors onto it

power increase was awesome i never had it dyno tuned or even a power run but it would pull 100kmh in 5th gear up roads that would have been 3rd gear 60-70kmh

economy was terrible but was terrible even without the turbo it still used 30-35l per 100km
