I'm bringing my hammock. If it gets wild I only need my front bumper and a tree or something else to tie the other end of my rope to.

If I make it on this trip, it will be my 5th trip to Moab in the last 2 years. I've been 3 times in my FJ Cruiser and once (last month) in my 200.
I personally would limit the trail runs to a 5 as rated on Red Rock 4-Wheeler's trail list:
Red Rock 4-Wheelers, Inc. -
The Landcruiser could probably do more, but you would be risking damage.
Trails I'd recommend that aren't too challenging are:
Chicken Corners
Onion Creek
White Rim (doable in one day, I've done it once in each direction)
Long Canyon
Arches NP Trail
La Sal Pass
Some more challenging trails:
Baby Lion's back (not hard, but a nice intro to slick rock)
Fins n Things
Top of the World
Dome Plateau
7-mile Rim
The most difficult trails I ran in the 200 were Top of the World and Fins n Things. The biggest issue with wheeling the 200 is the poor departure angle. I dragged my ARB rear bumper down several ledges

Great shots! I did some of those when I had my FJ as well; dying to hit them in the 200.
I agree totally that the departure angle is the bottleneck for the 200 off road. I have bent up both rear wings on the ARB bumper, and bent my exhaust tip.

Nice pictures! Had a friend of mine @SUMMIT CRUISERS who did a few runs in an amazing 80. Fins and Things was a must in his book. It would be awesome if we could each get a shot on that ledge- forget which trail that is.
I just added an ARB touring canopy to my Front Runner Roof Rack- may come in handy for shade.
Anyone bringing a drone? The newer ones are just amazing. You almost need a copilot to run it- not to be distracted.

I believe I will have the phantom 4 drone by Moab. The last drone had, shall we say, an unfortunate accident.

Sure, there are multiple lines you could take, but on the steep stuff, I prefer to keep the truck as straight as possible. This obstacle really isn't bad, but I did drag my rear bumper half way down it.
I lead that trail (Fins) every year at Cruise Moab. The secret at that spot is to hug to the right. In the pic his rear tire is about to drop off a ledge. That can be avoided by staying to the right. A spotter is useful there as once you miss that spot (Can't see when driving) you then angle to the left (Driver) and that allows stock vehicles and easier angle on the bottom. I have taken a lot of stock vehicles on that trail and really not an issue. You just have to take the bypass at Kennys Climb. You will get a few scratches on your rear bumper
Still a few spots open for Cruise Moab in two weeks. I am leading Fins N Things on Saturday. The weather is low 80's then instead of high 90's in August. Your favorite vendors like Slee, Cruiseroutfitters, Iron Man, Metal tech will have booths on vendors night. Hanging out in the campground with all your mud internet friends is almost as much fun as the trails. Our Trail leaders and gunners have to demonstrate their ability to lead a trail, spot people and ensure everyone gets off the trail safely. We also teach those that are newer to the sport with techniques like Power Braking, picking a line and trail etiquette. Then you could go back in August having learned the best approaches for each trail. I will actually be getting there Sunday so I can wheel for 3 days with friends before the event starts. Anyone there is welcome to join us.
