There will inevitably be parts I missed and ones we are still waiting on from all points.
And even some that might be incorrect...
I’ve never worked with such a rare engine with a rare part like a NOS OEM long block.![]()
3D printed console is gonna look like crap.
If you cant locate an original one, you're going to be far better off taking the A/T console to a place that does fiberglass work and modifying it for the manual shifter boots. The only difference between the A/T and manual console is the top "plate" that the shifters go through. It's essentially a flat piece of plastic with a couple of big holes in it. I imagine it would be super easy to modify the A/T console into a manual one.
So I have a LHD manual consol that I got off of @joekatana .... I'm not willing to sell it but I can send you measurements. Or if you know of an interior shop that can make a copy of it I'd take it there for ya.I am with ya on this. We got to have a template though to build off of. I have this...

But to have a template would be ideal.
Cheers
Also you don’t want the blue dot fan from 100, should get the yellow dot fan from hz 80 and the shroud should be also from hz. The blue dot fan is weaker..
Looks like engine mounts are from 100 series, you need the passenger side to be from 80. What about the sump ? The 100 sump will be hitting the rod. I have put the hz80 sump with the hz80 pickup.
That’s what I understood reading the Australian fab pages. Would suggest joining that group , this conversion is extremely popular in Australia. How is this?

I was talking about the fan itself and people suggest that the yellow dot fun is stronger then blue dot fan.The issue is that there is no way of knowing which Aisin fan clutch is “better” without opening up the FC and doing an analysis on the silicone and then correlating with size of housing/cavity opening
There might be physical differences in sizing and length of shaft for how far it sits in the fan shroud location-wise.
We’ll most likely be testing different FCs once the engine is installed and we can test run to determine cooling needs based on operating parameters.
It’s not going to be something that we will do from the outset.
Anyway what is the ECU from? Manual or auto, what year? 79 or 100 ? Jonathan will work with any ECU and he is also able to reset immobilizer but just that if going manual you should get manual ecu.

I joined some of the FB FTE groups. Pretty helpful so far. Jonathan has already started on the wiring and the donor harness came from a HDJ79 with manual transmission.Anyway what is the ECU from?
