This is subject to change, but here's what I've come up with so far(updated 7/6/2018):

Finished! (except for the rear seat heater hoses...another day)

That’s my 80 in the pics, appreciate the compliment!
Missing are the hoses for the rear heater, I bought them but they’re kind of a pain to install...so they’re sitting in my garage for another day.

No sweat, you're welcome. Im new to the forum and the community. Picked up the ‘95 FZJ in my profile pic about three weeks ago. Already buried in the rabbit hole. I’ve been trying to discern all part numbers for pretty much every rubber hose under the hood and your pics/post above was even better intel than I’d hoped for. I haven't even broached the rear heater situation yet. I’m aiming to attack pretty much everything in your pics first. Thanks, again. Big help.

I’d suggest replacing the radiator(if it’s original) and water pump too, I did mine shortly after the hoses. There’s a lot of write ups on the PHH, I happily wrote a check to get mine replaced when I had a shop take care of some engine oil leaks, I couldn’t figure out how to get to the PHH without a lift.

Awesome work, very helpful. PHH is easy if you can take the front driver wheel off and have a garage you can swear loudly in.

This is a great reference and has helped me a lot, but the Clamps for the upper radiator hose part number should be 90467-41002. Two are required. All other part numbers are correct.

Thank you
@PNWFJ80

90467-41002 seems to be out of production. 90466-41008 is listed as a replacement.

wow. What a great resource! Thanks for posting. I think I've replaced most of these but it's nice to have a visual reference for confirmation

Awesome thread wish I had found this before I finished my 1997 80 series 100% cooling refesh

Might have saved me a lot of research ;)

Made my own rear heater core and as many hoses as I could out of gates 1/2" & 5/8" green stripe.

Don't be sloppy about and of the work!!! Add a banana  for being meticulous! Buy once cry once, do it right once!

A number of 80 series coolant connections are in spots like the pesky that can fail and it's game over before you know it.

Special thanks to Joey @NLXTACY ongoing and when I started my journey and love affair with my 80 series. Lots of goodies at Wits End that solved "problems I didn't know I had" :flipoff2:

If your wondering 8 3/4" for over frame rear heater core connections (photo attached) they bend in just right, no kinks.

what is the little coolant hose for that goes straight to the top of the radiator from the distributor area?
i broke the plastic nipple off. :(

yeah that's the one. i wonder what that hoses does. some kind of bypass?
I believe it's there as a high point to get all the air out of the system. Back in the day with other trucks after doing a coolant maintenance or change it was recommended to leave your vehicle at an angle overnight and periodically to prevent trapped air causing a hydro lock and pocket in the system.

If you're going for a new radiator don't settle for anything less than factory new. There are countless posts on mud on this subject.

Shop around, prices vary drastically. If you have a good relationship with your local dealer they can cut you a pretty significant break, at least 20% If not shopping around pays off and McGeorge Toyota has decent prices as well.

i just ordered a CSF new off ebay for 400, should a cancel?
It's not my dollar and it's not my rig it's up to you. Depending on where you live you'd probably be better off going with NAPA Auto parts or hire an auto parts store denso.

Search Huron mud I remember reading the only way to get the Japanese factory denso radiator is from the dealer but there are decent other cheaper choices.

I remember seeing somewhere here on mud someone had a list of the radiator manufacturers and quality level.

yeah i did some reading and decided to get a csf all metal on advice from some people. we see how it works. hopefully good....

Awesome,
Please report back 👍🏻

i broke the plastic nipple off.

Somebody here said they used a tap in the hole and threaded a new brass nipple in.
