Interested to hear how you reliably coat inside the frame rails. Been wondering about exactly this on my rig where there have been welds on the frame that I'm sure cooked the coating of the inside and is now happily rusting.High dollar cavity wax. This stuff has no scent and isn’t oily like Fluid Film or others.

I applied it to wheel well seams, rear quarters and around the taillights. I will also apply it to the rear floor crossmembers accessed from below. Lastly, will do inside frame rails with it.
Cheers

Nice looking work as always.![]()
Thanks for the info! Definitely something i need to address. Also took me six cans to do frame rails and the rear quarters. Don’t breathe this stuff, it’s nasty.
Cheers

Just found out this build is going to be local to my area. Can't wait to see this thing in person.
Correct. What I meant is that I'm hoping to see this rig at a TexAgs Land Cruiser meet up in the future.I believe we share an alma mater as we’re both on the Texags Land Cruiser thread.
I’m in Midland, but moving to Dripping Springs in June.
The detail on this thing is immaculate. You’ve even nailed the fuel gauge level
