I keep getting an error message saying the file size is to big, to see photos go to 1989 Toyota Landcruiser HJ61 (diesel)
I hate to sell my baby, but I have no choice - divorce is happening and I'd rather sell this (or die) then let my once significant other have a chance of taking this from me. As you can see below, I've done a LOT and have invested a LOT of money; no low ballers and serious inquiries only please - this Landcruiser has everything you need to go camping/hunting/fishing/exploring.
*** Please note that the photos I have right now are a little out of date - they don't show the new 4x4 Labs custom or the new ARB lift, will take photos this week and post them***
It only has 149,xxx miles on it, so plenty of life to the engine. It's a JDM (import from Japan) so it's Right Hand Drive! I get tons of looks and thumbs up when driving, it's a show stopper. Clean title and registered in WA legally, so no worries there for those who are unfamiliar with how an import works.
This HJ61 Diesel Landcruiser is AWESOME!! I have drove it through WA, ID, MT, WY, & OR w/o any problems. I'd go anywhere in the world with this thing. I really hate my ex right now.
Here is what I've added/done since I've owned it - have all receipts and maintenance records:
- Awesome sound system - ipod connection, subwoofer, tweeters, amp ($2,000)
- Custom Exhaust ($700)
- Replaced Turbo and Exhaust Manifold Gasket ($2,500)
- Like new BFG Mud Terrain Tires (35x12.5xR15) ($1500)
- Custom Tinted Windows ($432)
- PTO winch
- Knuckle Rebuilt, 4Runner Brake Upgrade (Brembo/mountain brake rotors, Akebono brake pads), ARB OME Suspension System (4 leaf springs, nitrocharger sport shocks, greasable shackles, greasable pins, spring bushings, and u-bolts). All work done by Torfab - best landcruiser mechanics in the PNW ($6500)
- ARB 3/4 Roof Rack (custom $1200)
- CVT Mt. Shasta RTT ($1500)
- Battery Equalizer ($800)
- Custom 4x4 Labs Rear Bumper - 2x 5 gallon carrier and tire carrier w/ ARB mount ($2000)
- Added an AT external cooler ($200)
- HiLift 68" jack ($85)
- Spare tire and rim ($100)
I have all the records and maintenance receipts done since I've owned it.
If you're looking at this there's a very good chance that you are familiar w/ the 12H-T motor. If not then you should know that it's legendary (arguably the best diesel motor ever made) and now that the vehicle is over 25 years old it's legally importable from overseas.
No trades.
