So we made our own condenser bracket on the bottom and filled it with holes. 😁

I think that is about if for this other than powder coating our shroud and brackets.

In case you are wondering, the valve cover is aluminum as well as NLA. We had it powder coated. The highlights I simply very carefully hand wet sanded using a block, starting with 80g and working up to 400g. So they are a “polished” aluminum now.

So to get the brake booster-master and clutch master to work we had to do some mods.

We used a chunk of firewall from a 75+ FJ40, pedals and pedal buckets from a 70-75ish, a late FJ40 master-booster too for disc front-drum rear.

Nice clean work. I am preparing to tackle the same thing soon.

nice job

So we are using the Vintage Air system for 68+ Cruisers. It is kind of bulky and looks a bit out of place in the pickup. So we have been working on this.

You probably noticed the green tape with a circle on the dash. That’s for some in dash swivel vents. We will also have two here in our cover.

We felt the three piece cover looks better vs the one piece pictured earlier in the thread. The covers bolt in, the one on the left we are doing some ducting work to for our vent system. So the system will have defrost and the four swivel dash vents. We won’t be using these plastic vents though, something better is planned. We will also be doing a bit more to the covers so they flow with the dash. It has been decided the covers will also get powder coated black.

Ebrake handle is going to go away and the Swithpro plus Redarc controls will take its place. Welded up original turn signal holes. Going back to stock turn signal lights for locker indicators vs little LED bulbs.

Cheers

Bravo! That's some awesome work.
