Ordered new drivelines today from Tom Woods. DC front shaft and standard rear shaft. I like working with TW, they have done me right so far.

Just waiting on a call back for the Saginaw box. I went with Nolen’s guy for that.

Waiting on a response from Plazmaman in Australia. Our only real issue is room for the W2A radiator, it’s going to get custom on that part.

Should be ordering our radiator from @FJ60Cam soon, just got to do a bit more figuring out first.

Also ordering up a Vintage Air a/c condenser real soon. It’s all part of figuring out how we can package all this in front of the engine.

Cheers

Got a couple of beauties in today. More pics coming, don’t want to fully unwrap just yet.

The last three sets of drivelines in my shop have come from Tom Woods. Real happy with them, solid price, solid product, excellent communication and knowledge on their end and real fast turn around time. I was using a local guy for drivelines and he is good but slow and expensive so I think we will be sticking with TW for the foreseeable future.

We have to bounce around on projects in my shop so not going full time on the 67. End of this week though we are back on the truck for at least a solid two weeks. Got to manage our time across the big builds. As long as progress happens every month and clients are happy it is all good.

Cheers

It looks deceiving since it is such a large body and shaft but that is 5” up travel on the shaft and the Cruiser is sitting at ride height.

Changes made to trans tunnel, it’s really starting to come around.

Lots of foot room here, even for winter boots.

This goodie is going in so the truck has a very good ebrake.

Trans hump all roughed in. Still need to fit the shifter boots, then final welding and clean up. We could have built this out of less pieces but we wanted to retain as much of the original shape a ls possible.

It will need some body filler to smooth it out The rest of the way but not much.

Starting to work on this and how I will graft in the later style for a clean booster/master install.

Out freakin’ standing Ian.

Can't answer what they got, but if the kit it comes with an actuator and control box.

Correct.

We discussed setting it up so the stock lever would trigger it. To keep cost down it was decided to just set it up on a switch.

An added bonus to the Estop is theft protection. Without a tow truck to pick up the back end or knowing where the switch is you can’t unlock the ebrake. We are not mounting the switch on the dash. 😉

Cheers

Estopp installed and ebrake cable ran. Did I mention it yet? We used a 75-series ebrake cable. Good length for the 45 and correct for the rear axle setup. 😎

lots of really nice work man. i think you're going to want some gusseting on that tab that the brake cable goes through on the frame, unless I'm wrong all the cable tension goes through that point, no?
