Put the Koito red marker reflectors on, similar to where I’ve seen a few in some of the available lit. Don’t know about amber side markers, anyone know where they might go?

No work on or anything to do with the cruisers today (except I did take the dogs pheasant hunting in the 40), so why not post a cool sunset pic? 😂

You put a lot work into this 45 it turned out great. I like what you have done with it. It should be a lot of fun cruising around the great country you are in.

Wow this looks fantastic. I’m on the same boat. Trying to figure out my seats. Did you ended up getting the fj25 covers from $OR ?
I recommend, have written it here on Mud before.
Sheepskin covers.
Warm in winter, comfortable in summer, much, much more comfortable than sitting on these plastic covers.

@CHUOX17A I did get the FJ25 SOR covers, but my driver‘s seat isn’t a 25 seat so I haven’t done anything with it yet. If a 25 seat doesn‘t appear at some point I’ll modify what I have so I can use the cover I have.

Sheepskin are nice and comfortable, but when they get old you’ll stink like an old sheep after sitting on them, esp. in the heat. If you don’t stink, then they aren’t real sheepskins 😂.

They dont`t stink . Real sheepskin covers dont`t stink..... we drove in all climate.... hot, wet and cold.
.....have had them in the BJ 43 for 34 years on the right seat. In this time I had to buy the cover for the right seat only one time again,
By the way you can also wash them.
On driver side was a bucket seat .

Well I stunk 🦨 from the ones in my Porsche. At least that’s what other people told me 😂. Maybe they don’t stink 👃 in land cruisers.

Thanks @middlecalf. I might call you later to check few more things. We basically have the same truck, but you are ahead of me on some repairs so I might need your guidance :)

Do you really think the PS.Speicher guys would sit in the Red if the skin would stink ?
We have one in our living room too...and any smell ? ....NO.!
Tanning is the secret, well tanned skins don`t stink.
May be super super cheap skins stink
Go plastic ..plastic... plastic..

Nothing again skin. I know when tanned properly they are pretty nice. I’m just more into preserving the patina and if I replace or fix something, I want it to be as close to oem as possible. My question is as more about proper fit since my truck seats seems look like 25 and also early 40 series.

PS: I will rather bring my dog with the than a sheep 🐑 😂 😆

What did I ? .... preserving patina ....look at my gone 43 & the preserved the Red.
What else can you see in the pic ?
A part of my Recaro bucket seat on the drivers side .....cloth cover ...warm in winter, comfortable in summer.... and so on.
You can` t see the sheepskin cover on the right side .... sorry have no pic. It`s the same grey cover you can see above in the Red.
If you really use your truck .... not only 4 driving to Mc Donalds

a bucket seat is the best seat for driving,
Plastic is always terrible !

Truck is not just for driving, again you are missing the point man. My question was about fitmen and getting closer to OEM. I did almost 4K miles on my 45 last year. Drove from Ohio to NC, TN and KY and did trails everywhere I went. That without counting hunting trips and getting wood for our wood stove.
