ARCHIVE 100 series fire extinguisher mount

My FE is mounted in the rear, no boxes back there as I run an overlanding trailer. Pouch next to the gear shift is just there with velcro, holds a bandana, pepper spray and my work ID, and the organizer on the visor is from Blue Ridge overland gear, local business making nylon gear.

Cool setup. Would be cooler with these brackets though :p

HAHA, probably so. Same Glock rides on my hip all day.

Bought one of these at HIH. Always great to support a small company that supports our small community. It does take a minute to install, but the instructions were easy to follow and it is working great. @Ramathorn15 said he hadn't test fitted this particular extinguisher. The holes were very close, I just widened up one hole on the extinguisher side bracket.

Glad you like it!

As a customer, I buy what I see. If I don't know a product exists, how can I buy it?

And yes, before my owl purchase, I did numerous searches on mud, cruisergarage's offering never appeared (at least what I recall). I probably would have purchased if I had known.

There are a ton of great ideas out there. Seems like case of marketing....

Same boat I looked and searched and found cruiser garage raw unfinished unappealing developing design and months and months went by no finished product for the masses, took way too long. Decided to go with the wit's end version, wasn't happy with it because it sticks out way to far from the seat.

Owl Expedition trail blazed put these into production quickly in great presentation, material and discounted initial price with a very attractive price point. Win-Win on Owl Expedition business model; original design (no way looks like cruiser garage or wits end) presentation, delivery, price point, initial discount to mudders, multiple purchase discount, supports HIH and accessorised product with other attachments.

I bought one then wanted another one and still gave me a double purchase discount afterwards. What more could you ask for? A+++ vendor with great business strategy.

This is the truth, there should be a sticky with a quick headline of what the product is with a link to main thread, countless times i see a new product only because someone decided to bump it.

Lots of unique products out there, we need a high level tracker. I'm sure there are some other product gems someone created and have no idea of.

Annddd they're gone! Thanks so much everyone. I had a pretty limited supply left so ill offer anyone the same deal when the next batch arrives. Just shoot me a PM before the end of the weekend.

Also, everything else is still on sale!

I dig it!
I painted mine red. I dunno why. Seemed cool. Really surprised how little room it takes up. Now I need one for the other side so I can organize cables, snacks, and other travel essentials that normally slide around on the seat.

Installed mine this weekend. I filed and sanded the edges to smooth them out a bit first. The back side was a little sharp from the cutting. Probably not an issued as nobody will reach behind the mounts. I also used some emery cloth in the strap slots to get it really smooth. I wanted the strap to easily slide through as I tightened it. They mounts went on super quickly and are really solid. Super happy with these.

I bought two Element fire extinguishers and use the bracket from the second to add some stability. I drilled extra holes for the mounting bracket and used some longer 5mm bolts I had kicking around. The other Element went in the bin with my double burner Coleman stove. I love how small and low profile they are. Just need to find a MOLLE pouch the right size to use as a first aid kit on the passenger side. A longer rectangle so it doesnt stick out too far.

So many old coffee stains and spills on the carpet I need to clean up under my seats and center console. Previous owners were messy. I'll leave that deep cleaning for another weekend.

Glad you like em! I've been working with my cutter to try and get them to do better cleaning post cut. I'm hoping this next batch, which is due by Friday, will be better.

As always, thanks for the support!

What do y'all think is the biggest fire extinguisher that you could mount and not interfere with legroom?

Also does anyone have any rough dimensions on the mount itself? I am asking because I am thinking of using the mount for something other than a fire extinguisher.
