Wax or Ceramic (1 Viewer)

Don't start laughing yet, I spent two sessions cleaning the bug crap off the Slow 71. Before the Pig Party I waxed the front end to avoid this very thing and still the bug crap was tough to remove. What do you " in the know" guys use? I went in town and looked at all the products and got confused as to what to use.

I bought Turtle Wax paste, but looked at the ceramic spray stuff. What's best?

Elbow grease!! Tar and Bug remover! Forget who makes it! 3m makes tear offs to prevent that! Just like the Dirt bike racers!!!!

Thanks Bob, I bought some bug and tar remover and it worked good. I want to wax it or spray the ceramic stuff to help prevent the hassle of scrubbing bug guts in the future. They have big bugs in Alaska!

Yes, for now. I might put a little more than a 6 pack of dollar general black paint with a card board edger.

Rainx works good with windows and I know you can put it on your paint without issues. Not sure if it works tho.

I don't use wax, I'm on the megadoomer plan and I repaint a couple times a year for one reason or another.
