Sweet ,He is doing Great work , Please ask him how many fender bolts BROKE ? What"s the trick to drilling out OLD broken , rusted , fender bolts ?? I got at least 10 to do . ????????????
Same process as any rusted old bolt.
Soak it with light oil a day or two in advance.
Heat it.
Soak it again.
Scrub the rust off and smack it a few times with a hammer and punch to loosen the rusty threads. Punch insures you don't damage the head hex.
Few more drops of oil.
Now put a wrench on it and gently jiggle side to side, see if you can bread it free without breaking it.
If not.
Go in from the back side, clean threads and apply oil, let oil crawl in from both directions this will take time.
Wait longer if need be. Do your very best to avoid breaking them.
If you break one, you'll have to drill/extract/rethread the hole, which isn't the end of the world, but extracting 10+ of them does not sound like a fun Saturday to me, so take your time, use the tools at your disposal, Don't force things, and if it takes an extra day for the oil to break into the threads, then it would be smart to find something else to do in the mean time.
Forcing them, like any stuck bolt, Is going to create more work for you.

Put a drain hole in that inner fender bracket. Or it will just rust again 🤔🧐😉

So I can’t quite make it out in the pictuhr did he open the crimp on the skin or just grind it off?

Opened the crimp and removed the outer skin. Dollied the lap flat, cleaned, coated, laid in donor skin and dollied closed.
