Learn something new everyday. Seems dumb that Toyota would develop an ecu for these that didn’t fine tune fuel via an O2/lambda sensor on an engine that already gets dismal gas mileage. I guess gas is cheap enough over there that they can waste it
Leaded fuel was still used in various parts of the world

Bosch says their sensor can work for “up to 200 hours” with leaded fuel before fouling.

Leaded fuel was way before my time 🤣 although it wasn’t officially banned until 96 so maybe I was around 🤷🏻‍♂️

See you went with the Delta. Nice!
Did you get the ones that push the axle forward an inch?
No, frame was cut accordingly, no need for longer arms.

4x4labs make a killer rear bumper for that configuration if you haven’t gotten too far with your attempt.
What Bio came up with is beautiful and a 4x4 labs wouldn’t work. It’s a 55 on an 80 frame. Totally custom one off

nice!
4x4Labs made one for me and saved the necessary files.

Parts are cut. Bending next, then welding, and powder coat.

When I asked Luke (2019 or so) he said he’d need the truck there. Of course I own a bumper company these days, and that tends to change my thoughts around custom…

Install of the clutch was fairly simple. Instructions could’ve been a bit more detailed but we got it done. The kit comes with some spacers and special hardware. Once the order of everything is determined then it goes on easily.

For future reference this 4Terrain setup with a 311mm PCD 1FZ flywheel used 6 mm of spacers and when done the ring will have a press fit over the clutch body and sit flush with the body of the clutch. It was a little misleading at first because the ring will not fit over there clutch body by hand but once the hardware was installed it pulled it all into place and torqued to spec nicely. Be careful when installing the center splines it does have a specific direction it needs to go. Can’t wait to see how this thing feels!
Great information, and I am assuming you just specced the center splines to match up to whatever input shaft is on the H55F?

Yes, the fitment kit comes with a bunch of hub gears that have a variety of splines. You need to select the right one.

You definitely want that center in the correct orientation!

Otherwise - why do it once when you can do it twice?!?

If you like the front bumper, just wait until you see the rear!
