Hello everyone. Just picked this baby up a few weeks ago, fixed a bunch of stuff and was planning on lifting it but I found one all done so I'm going that route. So this gem is up for sale. If you're looking to impress your metro friends at starbucks, look elsewhere. If you want to build a beast or have a solid DD for cheap, here it is.
So, it's a 98 with 282k. It runs great and has the working diff lock. Drives down the road well and starts every time. Since I've gotten it I've replaced valve cover gaskets, packed passenger wheel bearings, replaced rear u joint, cleaned roof drains, replaced 3 of 4 end links and few other things.
It needs:
Shocks and tires (lift it)
Some minor body work (if you're into that)

Researched selling this car & friend told me about this site. This was our family trip car. Always garaged & maintained on schedule. Everything stock. Replaced timing belt @134k. On 4/17 I fell asleep and hit a tree in my LX 470. Insurance totaled it and I retained ownership.
Totaled over some front end damage. No frame damage.
Fast forward to 5/26 when the insurance company had finished their paperwork and I was able to pick the LX up. I didn't know that you shouldn't load a vehicle backwards on a trailer, and that's how the front end loader driver put it on my trailer. I made it about 5 miles down the highway and this happened.
From what I can tell the drivetrain is still good. No body or interior panel was undamaged. The master cylinder was rebuilt successfully by myself around 10k mikes ago. Steering rack was leaking before the wreck. Both exhaust manifolds were cracked and leakin...

My Black 1998 UZJ100 with 198k miles and a OEM Rear Locker. It has been a Southern truck it's whole life (Alabama and Mississippi), so no rust. Currently in Madison Mississippi.
Since I have owned it, I have replaced the suspension with Ironman Torsion Bars, Old Man Emu 866 Rear Springs, and Billstein Shocks, giving it about a 2.5 inch lift. It is riding on 275/70-18 Nitto Terra Grapplers on Tundra Steel Rims. I still have the original wheels with 275/70-16 Maxxis Bighorns. It also has an ARB 2000 Awning mounted and I have made a sleeping platform for the back. I still have the 3rd row.

For sale is my 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser, I have only owned it since December where I bought it from it's original owner in Huntington Beach, California. The timing belt was replaced at 98k miles and the car runs amazing, for the last 2 years of it's life I was told it sat and collected dust in his driveway next to his new 200 series.
The bad:
• It has a very mild oil leak (maybe put 1 quart in every 3 or 4 months just to be safe)
• The driver, front passenger and 2nd row seats have small tears in the seat bottom.
• The lower lift gate had a bad bondo job and the paint is cracking on it.
• The front passenger side turning signal plastic lens has cracked.
The good:
• I just spent 1,100$ in maintenance
