Cincinnati: 1999 Lexus LX470
For sale is my 1999 Lexus LX 470. Clean title. The bad: It does crank over, but I cannot get the stupid thing to start. I am getting a "B2796 code: No Communication In Immobilizer System.” I replaced the key antenna, amplifier, and ECU, without any luck. The immobilizer light is not flashing as well. The locksmith who came out also said the antenna is not getting power and I tried to trace out the wiring, but have not been able to figure out where the issue is. This is why I am selling. It will come with both ECU’s and old immobilizer parts. The pics are also a bit older and do not show a ding on the rear left, and a dent in the tailgate where my wife backed into a pole. I’ll add pics that show those details leter this evening. The...
Be forewarned. This is an amazing deal if true but unfortunately, it is not. I saw it in person and it's not a bad rig, but odomoter is rolled back, 3 owners and multiple accidents. Seller claims it has 62k miles on it but really its 260K miles. I also believe the carfax and Lexus of Marin documents may be false. Just warning my fellow Mudders. LX470 CL ad
I'm searching daily and found these while looking for a 2006 or 2007 low mileage example. I have no affiliation with the sellers and have not contacted them. These just look like clean rigs if anyone is looking for these years. Is there a sticky for nice example/good deals on the internet? I didn't see a better place to post this. 2005 toyota land cruiser 4wd for sale by owner - Vancouver, WA - craigslist - https://portland.craigslist.org/wsc/cto/d/vancouver-2005-toyota-land-cruiser/7684548103.html 2004 lexus lx470 for sale by owner - Sausalito, CA - craigslist - https://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/cto/d/sausalito-2004-lexus-lx470-4wd/7684423778.html Please drop me a line if you're selling a rust free, maintained 2006 or 2007...

SOLD!!!!!! SoCal 2005 Lx470 130k miles 9/10 all around $26k
Yeah… $26k I bought this LX almost a year ago with the intention of keeping forever, like everyone else. I have a 21HE and wanted a 100 series because I love landcruisers. After driving this for the last year I’ve decided I like it more than the 200 and want to upgrade to an 07 with lower miles. I found what I wanted and now I’m selling this fine example of an 05 LX. I’m the second owner. Purchased from the high desert with zero rust and an amazing all around truck needing absolutely nothing. When I purchased it I was under the impression from the paperwork the TB/WP was done but then figured out it may not have been. So I had that repair done as well as a seeping steering rack that I replaced. All fluids have been exchanged during...

CO (or other western states): 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series
This is a beautiful 1999 Land Cruiser 100 series in Atlantis Mica Blue. West Coast / Intermountain car, having spent most of its life in Nevada, Idaho, and Eastern Washington. Undercarriage in good shape, with some light surface oxidation. This is our current backup adventure vehicle and also my occasional commute vehicle, so a mix of about 95% pavement, 5% easy dirt Forest Service roads. We have loved our Land Cruisers over the years and treat them well, but it is time to change up the fleet a bit and adapt to new pandemic-era life changes. Very sad to see this go, but hoping another equally loving home is ready for her. 292k miles Asking price: $7,500 Clean Washington State title in my name. Has rear e-locker (1999 was the last...
New Mexico, 1999 100 Series Land Cruiser, $10,000
I'm at least the third owner of this vehicle. It was stock when I purchased it in 2016 with 128,000 miles. The current odometer reading of 193,000 is 5 -10% high due to regear. Vehicle is mechanically sound and built for off-roading, er... excuse me, overlanding, which is how I've used it. The body and interior condition is fair. Surface rust on frame and running gear, minor body rust. Due for timing belt. Cabin water leak - a hard rain results in wet driver's foot well (clogged sunroof drain?). Only one key. Windows are slow. AC leak. Sunroof inop. Funky door locks - they work fine but the tail gate performs an extra cycle. Front seat seam failure Rear seat rips Rear locker works but indicator light flashes. Slee bumpers Trail...
Tampa FL: 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series
Year: 1999 Model: Landcruiser Mileage: 265000 Color: White Blew my head-gasket last weekend. I am the third owner of this car and have maintenance records back to the first oil change done. Bought back in 2016 as my first car and it got me to post-grad. Has been mostly in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Florida (only a year). I am not too mechanically inclined (at least not enough to fix this) so went ahead and got a replacement and seeing what my options are with the cruiser. If someone is in Florida and wants to fix it up or part it out PM me. I can take more pictures if needed, just PM me and I can text them over. If I should just go ahead and sell it for scrap or something along those lines just let me know, but would love to sell...
2002 FJ100 Nashville, TN
Had hoped to keep this one forever but health issues forcing sale. Found it in southern CA and shipped it to Middle Tennessee in 2020 with 204,400 miles, currently has 227,500 miles. Has sat since Sept 2021 due to health issues, rarely driven since. (2002 Toyota Land Cruiser AWD 4.7L V8 3rd Row 100 Series | Zubes Import Autos, Inc. - https://zubesimportauto.com/listings/2002-toyota-land-cruiser-4wd/) is the add when I purchased, which gives way better pictures and description than I can. Mechanically perfect when purchased with meticulous maintenance and preventive care. Truck is still in excellent shape, zero rust. I had to have the fan clutch and coils replaced but that is all maintenance done since purchased. Removed the...

I am late to the idea of owning a series 100 Lexus lx470. Dr buddy has one he may sell me if I want it. It’s an 06 with 288k miles on it. He says fully serviced. The idea is that I can use it as a tow car behind my 40’ diesel motorhome. Coach is white as is the lx470. Am I crazy to consider this? I have an 08 ls460 and an 08sc430 also that are great cars. I understand the poor gas mileage. ls has 130k and the sc has 43k
Chattanooga, TN: 1999 Lexus LX470
Bought this 1 year ago from an IH8MUD forum member. It’s in great shape for its age and mileage, but by no means is it perfect. I am selling to move on to a 392 Jeep. It will come with foil blackout shades for all the windows and brand new rear seat covers still in the bag (the fronts have been installed). Hello all, hope this post isn’t too annoying to see on here all the time! I’m new to off-roading in general, close to pulling the trigger on a 1999 Lexus LX470. Truck has 150k miles, clean title, timing belt done at 100k. Owner is asking 13k, hoping to get it for 10-11. I understand that’s a bit higher than some examples but it is in pretty good shape. Would that be fair? My other question is dealing with the fact that this model has the limited slip differential and no A-TRAC. Obviously nothing beats lockers, but would the limited slip diff be adequate for most hairy situations with the right tires? Say mud/snow? Appreciate any insight that can be provided, thank you!
Oceanside, CA 2001 LX470
$17,900. 2nd owner bought in 2004. Recent service with oil change (synthetic), new battery and radiator flush. 1500 miles ago new tires, brakes and AHC removed. Needs windshield and driver seat leather. Sunroof works sometimes. Recent smog. Bruise on front bumper. Rear seat and third row seats like new. 149,900 miles no accidents no rust!
Aurora, CO: 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser 222,6xx
Here is my 2001 LC100, mostly stock, owned since 2018 with a handful of minor upgrades. Full TB/WP service performed by a local shop with all OE parts in Spring 2022. New shocks in 2021, OE Toyota. New Springs in 2022, OME 2865 (half inch lift and a bit higher weight rating than stock). Tires: BFG KO2 285/75 R16 in 2018, only driven 15k miles since then. These have performed very well for me in snow and moderate offroading. Full set of 5 with great tread. X2 Power dual-Purpose AGM battery with battery tender if you're like me and don't drive it enough. Custom rack using Gamiviti towers and extruded aluminum from TNUTZ. My handmade fairing is kinda meh though, it flaps in the wind and needs some additional tweaking. Overall it's very...
Castle Rock CO: 2005 Toyota Land Cruiser
2005 Land Cruiser with 265,000 miles in excellent shape, located in Castle Rock, CO. $17,000 I'm the second owner, purchased in 2017 with 220K miles on it. First owner was insurance agent and put lots of highway miles on it; it's been a daily driver for me for 6 years with no real offroading. I have a new car and can't justify keeping two cars. It's been garaged the whole time I've owned it until May of this year. For what it's worth, every time I bring it to a mechanic for PM they say it's in fantastic shape and well taken care of. Runs wonderfully with no problems. I love this Land Cruiser and hope that in 20 years I don't regret selling it now. Replaced battery in August, fuel pump in Apr/May. All regular oil changes and...
Phoenix AZ: 2002 Lx470 - Dobinsons Lift
2002 LX. 225k miles. My daily driver currently. Clean title. Highlights: - well maintained with Toyota parts - no frame rust (some very light surface rust on the axle, see pics) - drives and runs perfect. Needs nothing. - Brand new Dobinsons lift with SPC UCAs, I got the 200lb rear springs because I was anticipating to install a 4x4labs rear bumper, so it sits a little high in the rear right now. - 5 brand new Method 316 wheels (17x8 25mm offset) with Falken Wildpeaks (285/70R17), matching spare. Fits in spare tire spot (barely). - AHC has been deleted, a few straggling parts remain. hydraulic lines removed, globes and accumulator are still there. - sleeping platform included if you want it. I have 2nd and 3rd row seats (in good...
