150k mile 03, record is very good and the rest of the truck, body interior is perfect and clean
How much do I need to fix the rust on the rocker?

In the market for 1998-2000 LC100 in Desert Bronze only at this time. Prefer stock but will consider some modifications. This is my 2004 Land Cruiser that I purchased about three years ago. It has served me well, but I recently bought a 200 series and really don’t need both. The vehicle currently shows 274,894 miles, but will go up as I occasionally drive it. I do have service records the previous owner provided me from 49 Tire, our local Land Cruiser specialist, as well as anything done under my ownership except for oil changes which I did myself. To my knowledge, everything works as it should.
It has a 2.5” lift with ARB torsion bars, OME springs, Iron Man foam cell shocks, and a Slee diff drop. It is riding on a matching set of BF Goodrich KO2, 275/70 18 tires.

You can see several cosmetic defects in the photos, the most significant of which is the rear passenger side corner bumper. I haven’t addressed this because I am on the fence on replacing with an aftermarket bumper.
The front driver side tire was punctured by a screw but was patched and holds air with no issues.

Well I have decided to sell my LC100 in favor of a less reliable, less practical but faster European car.
So without further ado here is my 2005 Toyota Land Cruiser white over tan with 158k miles. 3 owner car. This car has been very well looked after and ticks most of the boxes for a later model 100 series. Timing belt done at 120k and alternator replaced at 150k. 20 inch wheels with tires that were replaced earlier this year. Everything works on the car with maybe the exception of the rear DVD, although I have never used it under my ownership. No air suspension/AHC to worry about. Up for sale is my 98 Lexus Lx470 with 284,263 miles on it. She has been my daily driver for the past 4 years. I have done a lot of baselining/maintenance and a few mods during this time. I am only selling because I needed a truck which means my Land Cruiser has to go. The LX is in really great shape for its age and mileage. The roof is starting to lose its clear coat and it has various dings and scratches on the body. It has cold AC in the front and rear (even in the third row), hot heat. Oil has been changed at 5k miles with full synthetic every time.

I've decided to get a 100-series in addition to the '22 GX in CO and have owned my share of LC's and 4Runners etc. Pricewise, hoping you guys can help me get a feel for what I'm looking at.
It's a 2003 with 120K miles and has had timing belt and water pump done. Appears to be in exceptional condition. Has records going back to 2015. Air suspension works fine.
Is $21K within reason? No rust, no mods, 2 owners. I understand that condition and maintenance is more important than year/miles but I don't want to be too fast on the trigger and don't want to bother negotiating if it's within reason. I know that I'm not giving pics or more detail here but hoping I can have a little help with the right range for a top-condition example.

We live in Europe, and there are not many 100-series here. I have given up finding one locally, but I really hope that it will be possible to find one on the forum. My work is within import and export, and shipping a car is straightforward. I will be booking the ship, container etc. However, the seller has to be willing to help with loading the car into the container.
