Unfortunately I have to get rid of my baby as my new employer is requiring me to buy a new rig and I don't have room for an extra vehicle. Bought in Jan of '16 in San Jose. All 60k and 90k maintenance done as well as new rotors, pads and fresh alignment. Not a single dent. All stock except for amazing sound and tundra wheels. Still have OEM wheels and floor mats to go with it. Only needs are hood liner, passenger front roof rack foot cover and steering wheel will telescope but not adjust up or down. I've decided to part with my built 2004 100 series since I now have a fully built Tacoma for backcountry travel and am buying a late model GX 460 for work. This is a very clean west coast example with all the right gear that has frankly never really been used off-pavement with the exception of two trips. I've always maintained a larger stable of Cruisers than I can drive, so this was the pavement princess.

I'm looking to buy my first 100 Series and I'm leaning towards the 2006 or 07 LX470. My budget is $20K or less. I've researched AHC and all of the maintenance checks to look for. Does anybody have any other advice? Ideally I'll swap the AHC out for a Slee 2" lift with UCA's down the road. But for now I just want a truck to go surf, bike and camp in the Sierras where you need some 4wd to access. I'll probably throw a set of BFG K02 275/70/18 or 16's on depending on what comes with car.

Adult owned, well maintained and never hooned. Zero Rust. This Land Cruiser was set up by an acquaintances father to tow a travel trailer, thus the Supercharger and air bag assisted rear suspension. Sadly that dream was interrupted by a life event, so this low miles Land Cruiser never got on the open road to follow the dream.
Super clean dealer installed TRD supercharger. Drives like normal V-8 until you put your foot into it and then pulls like a wild beast.

Never Hooned, this was my friends aging fathers truck, he setting the Cruiser up to tow a RV, complete with air bags in rear with onboard air pump and brake controller + Class 5 hitch. Unfortunately, shortly after towing home the brand new RV trailer... he sadly passed from cancer, never getting the chance to get out on the open road to test out the Supercharger and suspension mods. As such the vehicle was only used the once to tow the RV, even the hitch receiver looks new.
