1991 Toyota 4Runner with the 3.0v6 removed and sold. All of the IFS is removed and ground down to smooth frame. I have a 3.4L with tranny, transfercase, wiring harness and ECU from 98 Tacoma. Front axle is from an 83. I have a Trail Gear SAS kit with everything there. Also comes with an extra gear driven transfercase to make it a double. I got this as a project a few years ago my neighbor who owned since he bought brand new. I am going through a divorce and need to get rid of this project and move out of state. I am asking $3000 for everything and am not looking to piece anything out. I would like to trade for a 3rd Gen 4Runner 4x4 if possible. Someone please come get this, and finish it...

Incredibly clean first generation 4Runner for sale! You really won't find one this clean. Original paint with very minimal rust. The original owner was a Toyota mechanic who babied this thing through its first 220k miles. 4-wheel drive works great. Brand new 31" BF Goodrich tires (under warranty), radiator, hoses, belts, fuel filter, rebuilt injectors. 3" lift. Comes with warn winch, ski rack, extra lights, custom hitch and ball. The AC blows ice cold and doesn't leak. Stereo has aux input. Engine running strong. Removable top!
Problems: passenger window doesn't roll down, front driver's side fender was patched and is now cracked (see photo)

The time has come to sell my beloved 1995 4Runner project.
I had big plans for this truck but just can't find the time to complete it.
I bought the truck out of Texas about 20 months ago. The body is in fantastic shape and is probably the cleanest 1995 in existence. The entire underside was washed and painted white and looks factory new. There is no rust on this truck! The interior is tan and is probably a 9 out of 10.
The engine was blown when I bought it and my plan was to install a late-model 3.4 V^ out of a Tacoma or newer 4Runner. These swaps are very easy and the new 3.4 is much more powerful than the original 3.0 The 3.0 has been pulled and discarded. The R150 5spd trans is still in the truck as is the rest of the drivetrain...
I have a set of gorgeous Aisin 26 spline manual locking hubs for sale. As I understand it, these fit 1986 to 1995 Toyota pickups or 4Runners with the independent front suspension. I took them apart, painted the face with a dark charcoal and the knob with a bright silver. I also cleaned and lubed everything inside. They spin freely and are in very, very nice shape. I replaced the face hardware with stainless steel socket-head capscrews and matched stainless washers. I am also including the cone washers and the axle end bolts.
$125 plus shipping.

I bought this vehicle as a lease return in 2002 with 30,000 miles. It had been dealer maintained and was in new condition. It has served us flawlessly, and has been maintained by the book. My plan was to keep this indefinitely but I have a LX 470 build that is running over budget so she's got to go.
I can't believe the day has come that I am actually selling my beloved 3rd generation manual transmission 4Runner. Other than my 82 FJ40 it is the best and most favorite vehicle I have ever owned. The only reason I am selling it is because we just had our third (and final) child and my wife is under the impression that we now need a 3rd row seat vehicle so we just purchased a Sequoia. Unfortunately she wouldn't let me add a third row to the 4Runner so here we are.

Just picked up a newer toyota, so my toy has to go. Its a 1989 4runner SR5, IFS, v6 5spd. Cali truck until 2012, then it sat for a year, then i bought it. It has 290k on it, but dont let that scare you. The truck is ready to rock and roll. 4wd works like a champ. New heads, head gaskets, bolts, timing belt, water pump, thermostat, pcv, valve cover gaskets, radiator, trans mount, new exhaust, etc all done within the last 18k miles. Clutch done 50k ago. Nearly everything works as it should. Cruise control, stereo, HVAC (yes, even the A/C), rear wiper and washer, etc. The only thing i know doesnt work is the rear defroster. Not sure why. The transmission doesnt whine, grind, or pop out of gear. Ive owned it for the past two...

Up for sale is my 2000 Toyota 4Runner Limited Edition V6 automatic 4x4 with 196k miles. I've upgraded to a 4th Gen so I need to sell this one even though I still love it.
The vehicle is well maintained and in good overall condition. Some dings and scratches on the body typical of a 15 year old vehicle. 1996 SR5 4Runner 5 speed 4x4 (white) for sale $3500. Runner has 338K with $1600 worth of engine maintenance done in the last month. New head gasket, water pump, all seals, valve cover gaskets, radiator, and timing belt (all receipts). Engine was tested during HG replacement and she's solid. Runs like a champ. Lower ball joints are also in great shape. No suspension issues; rides and drives terrific. Owned by one person for 16 years of its life; always in GA and no rust.
Body is tight with only a tiny ding or two. Interior is in amazing shape. Oil changed and Toyota red coolant used. CB installed as well.
All maintenance you would need to worry about has been covered.

I'm picking up my LX450 this week so it's time to part with my trusty 4Runner. It's a 1996 with the 3.4 V6, 5spd manual, and E-lock. A pretty rare combination. It has high miles (241k), but it runs great. 4wd shifts in and out smoothly, it shifts great, all windows and moon roof work, I just got done changing the oil 5 minutes ago, I changed all the diff and transfer case fluid with Amsoil about a year ago and had Amsoil in the engine until this oil change. It now has Castrol GTX High Mileage. It does need a A/C belt because it broke off about a month ago. A/C worked great before that. Paint is faded on the hood and roof, and the drivers seat is in dire need of a seat cover. Oh and you have to hold the clutch bypass to start...
