Well, I really don't want to sell but my financial situation requires it. I have an 87 fj60 Land Cruiser with 239k miles all original except the wheels and tires. The Cruiser has a blown head gasket. I've started the tear down to replace it and am very close to being able to remove the head. I've got a new unopened Toyota head gasket and a new felpro intake / exhaust gasket set. The Cruiser has the original manual, lots of service records, the factory toolkit etc... It has nearly brand new 31x10.5 Toyo MT's. The paint is in good shape but it does have a few dings/scratches and a decent size dent on the right behind the rear door. I'd really love to keep it and I will be heart broken to see it go. I'm selling my FJ60 Land Cruiser. The engine and transmission have been swapped. It has a carbureted Chevy 350 from a Camaro mated to a H55F transmission. Two optima batteries. Big aluminum radiator with an over sized gas tank. Over sized front tubular bumper. I did not build the car up, the previous owner did. He reported that the engine had 70,000 on it prior to install. Body has about 184,000 on it. Vehicle is registered in CA and located in Los Angeles.
Paint is recent, less than a year. Body has very little rust. There are a few small blisters on the passenger side door area. AC and heat are not hooked up.

SOLD.............Clean and well maintained 1987 FJ-60 LandCruiser for sale. Has 255,000 miles. Body rust is minimal with the worst showing at the right rear wheel well. None shows on left side. Severely sun damaged paint on the hood and top. Tailgate shows evidence of bondo, no other significant body damage.
Previously locally owned by another MUD member from January 1997 with 118,000 miles, then I bought it in April 2005 with 146,000 miles on it. I have all service records from 118,000 miles to current mileage.
This truck was my wife's daily driver, then mine. Selling now because of retirement and this was my work truck.

Stock right down to the factory AM/FM radio. Overall fair condition, no rust at all. This FJ60 has been in Eastern Oregon from the day it was purchased new at Toyota of Klamath Falls. Eastern Oregon is dry and Oregon does not use salt on their roads. Cars last up here. It does have a few dents which you can see in the pictures. Nothing major. Rear bumper is bent as well. Paint is faded and has cool patina. Interior is decent as well. The seats are in pretty good shape as is the carpet though it does have stains.
Runs and drives perfect, all emissions equipment is there and hooked up, tires are in fair condition.

It is with much sadness that I am putting up Margot, my 1988 FJ62 for sale. Her story started in '88 in Georgia. Purchased by an Air Force captain that was on leave most of the time, so the first few years were spent covered up in a barn. Eventually made its way to Milford DE where I snagged up one of my dream rigs in '08 with 66k original miles on it, WOW! I believe I am the third owner.

This vehicle had a build thread on here before we got it. Up for sale is our 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60. The truck has an engine from a 2005 Chevy Avalanche (approx. 50,000 miles) and transmission is from the same vehicle. This vehicle has been extensively gone through to make sure things are and were done right. This started with the transmission being completely rebuilt as it didn't have the aux cooler when the install was first done. The transmission now has around 2,000 miles on it since the complete rebuild. There is also an aux trans cooler installed on the front of the vehicle. Second owner. New Mexico truck. Minimal rust, and runs. Needs work on the interior and minor body work. Completely stock. 181k miles.
