i am stationed here in frankfurt germany and thinking of bring back a landcruiser with me. I am looking at a 70 series first choice. i know i need to be 25 years and older to ship it back but i am not sure what else i need to do. I was told i dont need a registered importer as long as it over 25 years old. what other thing do i need to look out for?

1988 BJ74 5 speed RHD 219,000 km. Truck has PTO winch, suspension base seats, and power windows and locks. Truck was flopped on to passenger side when I purchased it. I replaced passenger door, passenger fender, hood, rad support, grill, and rad. Plus other odds and ends. Truck runs and drives great. Frame is super clean. Body has a few rust spots, but the usual rust spots like wheel wells and under the tub are clean. Requires a new windshield. Front bumper is wrecked and PTO winch is currently not on truck. I have a nice 1985 HJ75 for sale. It's a diesel 4.00cc 6 cylinder engine. It has 300k miles(500k kilometers) on the odometer. It has a few rust spots on the body, but no other, and no bondo work. It runs strong and everything works correctly. It passed all the mechanic's tests. I'm asking $18,500 for it. If anyone is interested in it please email angelatencio1@hotmail.com

I'm sure this isn't the correct forum etiquette for my first post, but alas, I figured start with this then become more of a contributor when I have something to actually contribute! My cousin forwarded me to this site, which I have been stalking for the past month, and I have messaged a few people on the forums who have been more than helpful.
Currently I'm in the market for a manual 1985-1988 bj70 or bj74, preferably 12V and LHD, with decent interior and minimal to no rust. It would be great if the truck was done up a bit, but don't mind finding a stock one either and working on it over the next few years. I know the 12v and LHD isn't really plausible for the 74. Something like this would be my dream truck...
I am looking to trade my 2000 UZJ100 for a BJ73 or BJ74. Convertible, Left hand drive with factory AC. Auto or manual. Prefer gray, silver, white or tan. Prefer Toyota diesel over vm diesel.

Unfortunately things change in life and I may be forced to sell my truck. I don't really want to but sometimes you do what you need to. It's a 1992 HZJ 77 H55 with 250k Recent work done includes timing belt, water pump, starter, recored rad, 2 new interstate batteries, and new exedy hd Clutch. Always had synthetic oil and toyota filters , I've always maintained it as if I was keeping it for good. Arb bumper snorkel Zeal 3" lift converted to run on veggie oil with separate 130L stainless tank, also have ARB lockers for the truck, need to be installed.
