I have a March 1984 FJ43 - Toyota Land Cruiser for sale. $48,500. Clean and clear Ohio title. Located in Ohio 44141, just outside Cleveland. I commissioned it for a full frame-off nut and bolt restoration just this past summer. Around 210 miles on it since restoration. I can send more pics. Hi there fellow cruiser nuts! So I have come to terms with the fact that I have too many projects than I have time to complete and something’s got to go! So on that note I am offering up my project 45 package.
The truck: 1977 FJ45, 2F 4speed. The frame has a significant amount of rust in it to the point that it has pretty much broken on both sides in the common place just behind the cab and as a result it is movable under its own power but is not drivable.
I have, a long time ago, bolted on joining plates at the cracked joints of the frame to alleviate it from snapping in half altogether.
The front end of the truck including fenders, hood, aprons, bib, etc are all in great restorable shape i.e. little to no rust.

I have a 1984 BJ42 LX that I am looking to sell. First up I live in Geraldton Western Australia.
My bus has been modified from stock but I have kept most parts to turn it back to stock. I am happy to sell all I have with it should the purchaser want the lot.
From factory and included is a 5 speed box, air con, power steering, disc brake front end, factory tacho, dash pad, 6 seater, spare wheel carrier and 3 wiper system.
Some non factory fittings include denco turbo kit, recaro seats, overhead console, arb front bar, carpets, tinted windows, ROH alloy wheels, 2" lift OME suspension, tow ball, child seat restraint post, sony CD and UHF.
Mechanicals - The motor has 270,000 on the clock, gearbox was recon 20,000km ago...

It is getting ready to be imported on a container from Saudi Arabia. It should leave SA in about 10 days..
It will arrive at Long Beach Port in about 40 to 50 days.

I have a 43/44 complete Hardtop, rear door and any hardware attached for $1500
Will fit FJ43/FJ44/BJ43/BJ44.
I included 5 pics here but you can see it installed (inside and out) on the TerraCruisers website from their restoration (81 FJ43 Freeborn Red in the inventory section). Owner replaced it with a soft top. You'll see some fiberglass and/or filler cracking underneath the lip of the top in one of my pics. I'm not sure how much of a concern that is but don't believe it's exposed when installed. I did not notice anything else to call out but I'm not an expert and selling as is.
There aren't many of these readily available so I priced it based on feedback, the few comparisons I found and the cost to stretch a 40 top. I did...

I'm conducting a search for a nice Troopy. The perfect candidate would be a LHD stock survivor or lightly refreshed original in great shape. Prefer a gas engine, but not totally opposed to a diesel. I needs to be original as possible. Either a well maintained original or one that has been lightly restored back to specs. Rust buckets need not apply :)
Budget - sweet spot is $30K but everything depends on the truck. Could be more or less.
