The bad.
Aluminium radiator with original shroud missing
Recent closed door respray (in original "freeborn red") is not the best paint job I've seen but looks clean.Pics will show
Crack in middle crash pad vinyl
Drivers seat has tear in fabric and inner foam needs restoration
Inner roof lining is missing, needs replacement.
Floor vinyl is gone and replaced with marine carpet.
No air con. Not missing, just not optioned on this one.

We are getting ready to sell a few trucks. Been struggling to actually pull the trigger & list them, so we're going to throw up some quick, short ads to get the ball rolling & fill in more details & such later.
LHD OEM Soft Top model late 81 build date BJ46 (originally a French truck). Perfectly working PTO winch, Power Steering, 24volt/4 speed model. 16" splits, soft amby door model. Perfect condition, newly recovered front seats (Cruiser Corp covers). Current selling price doesn't include a soft top (the one in the pics is for a different truck actually), but we're working on the pattern for it & will either add a top & raise the price if it gets done in time, or make a deal on a new premium Colorado top to the new owner...
I might put my 1984 BJ42 up forsale. Its beige , 5 speed, diesel, power steering pretty much stock . It has rust but it's still on the road. PM if you are interested. As I mentioned I might sell it.
I am helping a customer sell one of his personal Land Cruisers to make room for a HJ45 full restoration we are finishing.
I decided to post here first before we bring to the market by other means.
This BJ42LV-KW European Spec went under a 2 year full restoration. The pictures speak to the amount of time and attention to detail involved in the restoration. The chassis is as clean and shiny as the body! This BJ42 was imported from Italy to Costa Rica and sold to my client and restored. It is a 2 owner car.
BJ42's are increasingly harder to find and this one in particular is the cleanest cruiser I have seen in costa rica. I would say it ranks up there with some of the best I have seen in the USA as well. I have seen very few Euro spec...

Hi there fellow cruiser nuts! So I have come to terms with the fact that I have too many projects than I have time to complete and something’s got to go! So on that note I am offering up my project 45 package.
The truck: 1977 FJ45, 2F 4speed. The frame has a significant amount of rust in it to the point that it has pretty much broken on both sides in the common place just behind the cab and as a result it is movable under its own power but is not drivable.
I have, a long time ago, bolted on joining plates at the cracked joints of the frame to alleviate it from snapping in half altogether.
The front end of the truck including fenders, hood, aprons, bib, etc are all in great restorable shape i.e. little to no rust.

I have a 1984 BJ42 LX that I am looking to sell. First up I live in Geraldton Western Australia.
My bus has been modified from stock but I have kept most parts to turn it back to stock. I am happy to sell all I have with it should the purchaser want the lot.
From factory and included is a 5 speed box, air con, power steering, disc brake front end, factory tacho, dash pad, 6 seater, spare wheel carrier and 3 wiper system.
Some non factory fittings include denco turbo kit, recaro seats, overhead console, arb front bar, carpets, tinted windows, ROH alloy wheels, 2" lift OME suspension, tow ball, child seat restraint post, sony CD and UHF.

Will fit FJ43/FJ44/BJ43/BJ44.
I included 5 pics here but you can see it installed (inside and out) on the TerraCruisers website from their restoration (81 FJ43 Freeborn Red in the inventory section). Owner replaced it with a soft top. You'll see some fiberglass and/or filler cracking underneath the lip of the top in one of my pics. I'm not sure how much of a concern that is but don't believe it's exposed when installed. I did not notice anything else to call out but I'm not an expert and selling as is.
There aren't many of these readily available so I priced it based on feedback, the few comparisons I found and the cost to stretch a 40 top. I did...
