Where are you looking? The windows are different than my 45 but otherwise the top appears to be correct. Agree with the others that something certainly is brewing beneath that paint.

Hmm. My hard top has that same bolt hole. But I'm not sure I have seen a set of windows quite like that before.

I have a 45 series troopy as well. It has the same hole on the rear panels.

I agree there are some issue lurking, but who cares? It was owned by a Professional Driver!

The double vent windows are normal/factory (mine has the same)

Don't know if the windows are specific to the BJ45, I think the FJ45's have the sliders like mine.

"A perfect vehicle to restore and keep as a one-of-a-kind classic or restore and resell for serious $$$. " I don't generally like to spend $28,000 on a vehicle that I need to restore. Once you finished "restoring" this you'd be so underwater on it that even if you sold it for $$$ you would still have lost $$$$.

All the pictures on google show the sliders just like on @geoffnlp truck. Me thinks, they had a rusted out top and went all South American hillbilly on it. But who knows....

The pop outs are euro specific to bj45’s, mine has them as well from the factory.

The Hardtop is not welded from 2 40 series hardtops.. This is Factory hardtop for FJ45 troopy..

Not all FJ45s have sliders like yours.. many FJ45 come with the Pop outs.. mostly sold in Europe and MIddle East..
