I'm thinking about selling my BJ44 Runs great Drive AS-IS or restore

Things I have done in the last few years
Old Man Emu Front Springs
Old Man Emu shocks all around
New custom rear springs
New Fuel Injectors
New Glow Plugs
Recovered seats
New Brakes
New Starter
ARB Front Bumper
Smittybilt winch
A complete set of AZ rust free doors
New instrument cluster
New OEM ignition switch, all new locks

New OEM Toyota parts included not installed (It's currently wearing a fiberglass hood and fenders)
Hood
Both Front Fenders
Chrome Headlight Surround
Rear Bumpers
Most rubber ( probably all but you will have to inventory)
New emblems

Other parts included
Original steel wheels
Left top side.(Excellent, but off of a 40, so must be spliced to fit)
New rear tub corners

I'm not willing to sell any parts separately.

Smokes on start up when cold, no smoke when warmed up.It has about 300,000KM It has some rust, shocking I know. Floors are very good, rust in corners of the top sides at rear ( one excellent side included), rear tub corners( new tub corners included).
I'm not sure what it's worth, lets start at $24,500, make me an offer.

Underside pictures , you can see the rust around the tub corner. It's not bad. New tub corners included.

Thanks for all the kind words. It's fun to drive and gets lots of attention. Especially with my dog in the passenger seat. My 84 year old mother even enjoyed riding in it. I'm just getting old and reducing the fleet. This is one of the ones I don't care if I sell, it will just keep gong up in value.
