My LC200 is a 2016 model
Yup that's me...square button all the way...I must have missed reading where this was a round button fob mod. I'm going to try and tinker with it tonight after the kids go to bed. I think the black battery holder might even be wider than the basket it's supposed to be going into...I'll try and get pics up this evening. Thanks for all the help on this!
Trouble there is that even if you get the board to fit, your square buttons won't fit the new front cover.
Man stop thinking so far ahead and ruining my hopes, haaa. Looks like I'll just have to just be patient til the square button one comes out.
This is the only criticism that I have. After a couple weeks, I noticed my car alarm being inadvertently set off much more than usual. After examining the case, I noticed that where the case angles down is exactly where the edge of the panic button is. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this? Other than this, it’s a very solid product.

UPDATED PLASTICS ARE IN! I've got Black in stock now with Orange following in a couple weeks. I will be shipping out replacements for those affected with the phantom panic press starting tonight. If you haven't already sent me a message feel free to do so. See the updated Rev C plastics below. I've added .5mm to the entire front face and added a nice rounded lip around the Panic button. Panic, no more!
Sorry all for back and forth on this launch. Your collective feedback is essential to getting this dialed in so a very sincere thanks to all that have PMd or posted feedback - positive or negative. I think we're finally there with this Rev C. For the plastic in this product, there are approximately 125 CAD features and sketches in the design of the front piece and another 60 or so on the rear plastics. All created from scratch. Most sketches have a dozen or more dimensions and they've all got to be dead on. They weren't in the first two revs, but I think they are now.
The fix is an updated case which I'm actually sending out starting tonight! You've got Rev A or B and you'll need Rev C. PM me your name and I'll make sure you've got an updated plastics set on the way! Thanks for the feedback, though! That picture provides a great side by side with the updated design above in my pic.

I drove off with my keys on the rear bumper and didn’t notice the keys weren’t in the truck until I stopped for a sandwich on the way into work. Thankfully I left the truck idling. My 7 year old found my keys at the corner after I called home and I came back and got them. They had been run over at least once before they were retrieved. The case protected the internals and the only evidence of what happened was the thin crack in the corner. Robust product and the orange color helped my daughter find the keys no problem. Only took me about a week to “test” the new case but it saved me some serious $$.

Wow! That orange color is paying off already. The newer revisions with a thicker front will be even stronger. Thanks for sharing!
You're on my list for a replacement Orange anyways to get you the updated panic press lip, so it'll be back to new in a few weeks!

Now that is testing. My friend had the same situation about 4 years ago in the parking lot outside of work. But since his was plastic, it was destroyed, and we all know how expensive buying a new fob is. A lot more expensive than what these are going for.
Cheap insurance, I'm getting an orange one sometime this year for my wife who leaves it in her purse. I always drive, but it's nice that she has one on her for backup reasons.

Found out exactly why you want this fob last night.
Was out for a walk in the park with my wife and met another couple. Bro holds up a Toyota fob (same as pre-16 LC) and says "did you lose this?" Fob was complete, just had slipped off the key that holds it to the ring. Fortunately not mine, my keys were safe at home and I have the YotaMD Fob
With the YotaMD fob, you are no longer reliant on that weak little bit of plastic to keep your expensive fob on your keys. The YotaMD fob has a nice metal ring built in and the key is retained separately.
After we got past the couple, my wife (who was initially hesitant to approve of such a frivolous purchase as an aftermarket keyfob) was very happy that I had bought one.

This is one of the times that I'm really GLAD I'm late to the party and will be getting a Rev C that hopefully has all the bugs worked out...!! I just ordered the black one.

Thanks for the order! I've got parts ready to go so that should get out in tomorrow's shipping run.
I'm a fan of taking care of the early adopters so actually everyone with a Rev A got a free set of Rev C plastics on the house. Many (perhaps most at this point) Rev B buyers also got a free set of Rev C.
If there are any lingering Rev B folks that have the Panic issue, let me know! Aside from 3 folks (Foo, Ryan and Tim) waiting on Orange Rev C's (shipping early next week) everyone should have new plastics in hand or in the mail if you've sent me a message.

Updated Orange pics of Rev C should be on the way, too. Just need to persuade my wife to get the camera out and get me a few shots.

Didn’t see any orange available, but re-stock dates on the site seem old (still refer to February).
Any chance of getting a shells-only ORANGE Within the next 10 days (no screws/titanium needed) ?
Would be great for handing off to another Kokopelli driver for backup later this month...

Thanks for the reminder on the lead time note. It's now been removed.
Black is in stock and ready, Orange is in stock, but won't ship until Monday/Tuesday next week.I need to get the shells only listing up, but yes, that's definitely an option. I'll try to update that when I get the Orange pictures taken. I'll do a clean sweep of the YMD2 product listing and get it all straightened out.

As of Monday April 15, yes and yes.
*To further clarify, all fob kits shipping since weeks ago are Rev C or newer. Black is in stock and ready to ship. Orange is in, but I'm awaiting some tooling to complete fab on those this weekend. Orange will be ready Monday.
