The math is mathing.
I think it is just a personal taste. For me they work very well compared to OEM seats that I had but I get not everyone likes them (or wants to pay what they cost). When it comes to seats, there is no one fits all solution.
There are many other options out there though which is nice for old worn out OEM seats in 30+ year old trucks.
I worked for Joey for 3 weeks in Aug. 2023, part time. I didn't get paid.

FWIW a "Registered Agent" doesn't mean anything. That's just the person who's responsible for receiving and processing legal documents and gov't correspondence on behalf of the company (smart people put their lawyer or accountant). Same goes for the "Manager" who is just responsible for day-to-day operations & contract negotiations. Neither have to be the owner of the company, and you can list anyone as either of those positions when you establish your LLC.
Sucks to be Vincent & Michael who will both be legally liable for all illegal activities. Attorney's drool over the thought of piercing a company's corporate veil and going after personal assets.

(Not a lawyer but did setup an LLC this year)
I agree that neither “registered agent” nor “manager” roles convey ownership of the LLC, but the fact that he is listed does establish a business relationship along with the familial relationship (being his son). I pay a company to be my registered agent.
Additionally, he was already being forced into Bankruptcy in May when this LLC was formed so a logical person would not setup a new single member LLC during the bankruptcy for the reason you stated (piercing corporate veil).
Most likely, he had Vincent setup the LLC as owner (and he decided to be Registered agent and manager) to shield any profits from the personal bankruptcy he was in process of.

What's "sus" about my business? The privacy statement on many e-commerce sites are generated on behalf of the hosting site. It's pretty generic, and pretty standard for a lot of site. If you're on the fences about purchasing some of my products, you can always purchase them through one of my dealers (see below).
