I bought this benchtop blast cabinet used ($50) off of craigslist, it was full of black magic too.

JobSmart® Benchtop Abrasive Blast Cabinet, 32 lb. Capacity - 3951103 | Tractor Supply Company

When I got it, the window was all hazed from use and there was a big crack in it. I had a chunk of 1/4" plexy in my garage, so I used the old one as a template to make a replacement. Well, after using it for a bit, the replacement window is now all pitted like the original, I can hardly see what I'm doing.

Other than this it works great. Is there a better material to use for the window? I can't use glass, it's held in place with a bunch of screws around the perimeter, the window has to have a bunch of holes in it. I don't have the original instructions either, I wonder if I can put something on the window to protect it?

x2. They work like the tear-offs on your MX goggles.

I have the same cabinet with the same problem. Eventually I went to store and bought 24" wide plastic food wrap on a roll. I think it was like 2000 feet for less than $30.00. I cover the inside of the window with a big sheet then close the door. I have to replace the sheet often but it does protect the glass/plastic.

You can find the clear adhesive backed vinyl they use for paint protection on the fronts of cars (incidentally it is the same stuff they use for screen protectors on phones) in various sizes on ebay and elsewhere.
