winch mount build

After smashing original front bumper, I have decided to get TJM T-17, which also enables winch mounting. Custom build winch plate was made by a colleague of mine and here are results.
It's made out of 5mm inox. Winch is Mile Marker E-9000.


Pictures of mounting will follow next week, cause (new) bumper has to be repainted. T-17 came with very poor coating ...

Finally managed to install it.

Nice work; maybe more people can appreciate it now that the project is complete.
If not, you can always start a thread on air freshners or turn signal bulb replacement. That should get them going.

Looks well Do you have OEM transmission cooler in front of radiator? I'm asking because it kinda limits "winch space" under bumper.

There will be three bolts on that side too, but original bolts (that came with TJM bumper), are a bit short for mounting another hook. New (longer) bolts will be delivered soon.

I have 1HD-T engine with A/C. There were some problems because of A/C radiator, but we solved them. Winch was first mend to be mounted closer to radiators, but there was not enough height available.
