weeeeee

Full Basements rock!!! I imagine that it's got 9 foot doors, since the 'Cado's in there...

Oh...I thought you had a urinal in the corner.

I don't have 9 foot doors...but I do have a valve stem tool and a compressor :)

I deflate the tires, roll in, then inflate.

What do you think are in those boxes? :)

Agree, not enough boxes, tools and most importantly evidence of rare or cool parts other people would want you to part with - I'll wait a decade and let you repost to see if it's improved....

All the good stuff is tucked back in tthe workshop to the left of the Avocado :)

Obviously, there isn't enough good stuff, you can still get 2 cruisers in there. Reference Marshall's garage as a good indicator of enough quality stuff :D

All the really good stuff is already on the trucks, no point in letting it rot in some garage :)

So my truck is still up on those stands...

- waterproofed the distributor cap so I don't die the next time I get swamped.
- flushed the power steering fluid, which was BLACK
- removed, cleaned, and regreased the front and rear driveshafts
- inspected and found a leaking speedo gear
- tightened and generally inspected everything underneath (found a few loose bolts)
- replaced the PS front rear control arm bolt with OEM, which was rigged up at GSMTR when it fell out.
- replaced the DS front front control arm bolt with OEM, which was removed to rig up the replacement of the previously mentioned missing rear bolt :)
- tore down front DS knuckle, cleaned everything, replaced all races and axle seal, waiting on knuckle studs to arrive before I reassemble.

TO DO:
- assemble DS knuckle
- tear down and clean PS knuckle, reassemble
- clean the inside (I found a month old starbucks cup in there...niiiiiice smell!)
- clean the outside (I pressure washed, but want to tire wet it before OTMT.
- oh, and fix the pressure washer that I broke...whoops

Don't forget to locktite those sliders... ;)

BAH, they are still banging around, who cares :)

DS knuckle is assembled to the spindle. PS is torn down to the housing.

New knuckle and wheel bearing seals are waiting at Toyota, then complete reassembly, clean inside, outside, and done!

Done! Completely finished everything today and test drove to get gas...aside from needing a bleed on the brakes...all is well!
