Would you happen to have pictures of your finished product? The PO of my 40 put on a Bestop bikini top that I recently put back on after removing the hard top & doors. I don't know where he bought it and I don't see it available on Bestops website but it is a two piece channel with pre drilled holes, it appears that the PO had to drill into the top of the windshield. Question I have is what the two little snap rings are for? I put the front of the bikini top and and strapped it to the back but found it trying to work itself out of the channel at speeds above 40mph.

I believe you’d put snaps on the edges of the windshield frame, outside the channel. This would locate the top and keep it from wanting to come out. But; I wouldn’t be adding snaps to my w/s frame.

Do you have it pulled tight enough? My full length bikini (more like a 1 piece…) doesn’t move at all when it’s snugged down in back.

Thanks for the reply. I too wouldn't want to add snaps to my ws frame. It was pulled snug, it is almost as tight as it will get. Perhaps maybe the straps have stretched too far now?
