Where did my guage needle go??? (1 Viewer)

So I just jumped in the rig to go to the store, and I see that my needle for mph has gone missing.!
What would cause that to happen?
I didn't see it until about a minute into the trip.
Weird...

You went over 100 mph and blew it up?

It must have vibrated off, and is probably in the bottom of the speedo housing.

Same thing happened with my '78. Turned out the shaft it mounts on had broken and I found it laying on the bottom of the housing.

Almost going the right speed is pretty close for me

Getting closer and closer all of the remaining 48 +++ numbers became afraid to turn the 49K of the asking price and popped the needle off
