Only critique is I am not a fan of the pan hard bar mount being welded to the cast of the third member. I would be leary that you didn't get enough penetration and the cast being too brittle, resulting in the mount being ripped of. Maybe try and make some creative bracketry to tie it into the mounting studs of the third member?
Besides that, please keep making this thing more awesome.
is the panhard going to give you grief being welded to the pumpkin? Guess there isn't much room for wiggle there...pretty amazing stuff...

So what kind of transfer case has two rear out puts? Like some thing from and existing dual rear axles?
Why not run a divorced NP205 in normal orientation and convert it to have two rear outputs? Looks like a NP200 offset rear output will bolt into a NP205.
