Made another big move today. Adding three more lifts (to make six total). We now have three full time skilled techs so the goal is to majorly cut down our lead time on faster service work.
Fortunately I have lots of “access to capital” (AKA working really damn hard) to jump on good deals

Man, you’re really hung up on my words. I apologize they’ve bothered you so much. And yes, working hard and jumping on good deals does yield access to capital. That wasn’t intended to be a slight, rather a compliment alongside the young and energy. Not everyone has equal access to those these days.

Are we allowed to only request/order land cruiser parts or can we come to you for ANY Lexus/Toyota ?

Yes absolutely! Would love to help with that

Matt, You are on your way to become world famous in the Land Cruiser world.
I will be proud to say I've known you since day one.
Only problem is when I'm 80 years old and don't feel like working on my Cruisers anymore, you'll either be too busy or moved on to bigger and better things.

Rapid parts availability on the east coast is a gap, and (per our UPS guy) the overburdened carriers and the network architecture are the cause. We see 2.5 additional days on average for deliveries from west of the river compared to similar packages from east of the river. That's not nothing.

Hey Steve, I still remember meeting you and seeing the brown 60 the first time and wondering how a 60 could get that much damage.. funny I think mine is even more beat up now.
we need to find some time to catch up.

I haven't posted much about the website, but here are some examples of the caliber of product we are regularly stocking.
We also have dedicated in-house engineering dept now, if anyone needs anything designed, made, either sheetmetal or machined we can do it. Doesn't have to be Land Cruiser related.

We took today off working on trucks and got 2/3 of the new lifts put up.

3rd will go in the backyard. Most likely going to redo the entire pad so will probably be next year.

Also Dominick randomly stopped by coincidencentally and asked if I wanted these huge HD steel cabinets for free.
Thinking of moving the bellhousings, flywheels, differential cases, knuckles, wheel bearing hubs, intake/exhaust manifolds etc outside into these so we can keep the pallet rack more clear. We are running into issues with storage space for customer job parts before they come in since we plan jobs ahead of time.

FFS. I really need to come by and check out your shop....

Been busy the last few weekends on shop organization, parts purging, etc.

Dad and I are working hard to get the back wall cleared out (it was mostly used parts and junk we both wanted to get rid of but wanted to sell and not just toss). We’ve been slowly working through it, we’re down to about 30% wall coverage now.

I’ve also been selling the vast majority of my used parts cheap. All that stuff just sits around forever and I’d so much rather the space be clean and empty then have a random part when I need it.

Sorry my pictures are awful

I thought this was pretty cool, we are going to be manufacturing and selling a stainless steel drop-in replacement for the FJ62 fuel pump hangers which are getting very hard to find without rust, and expensive.

It even uses OEM wire we sourced from Japan. :)

Since we started working with a great CNC tubing vendor we have a few other cool items in the works as well.

.

The factory fit form and function factor your 23206-61010-SS is equally impressive as your oem DENSO Japan spec. 23220- that uses the oem wire you sourced from Japan ....🪄

Im inline for mine ,,

Most impressive indeed

Did not know there was a Florida land cruiser association. This is great!

@cruisermatt do you guys work on 200s as well (maybe a dumb question)? Winter Park is a bit of a drive for me but I'd be happy to make the trek for some bigger jobs I have planned over the next 24 months.
