I'd ask them for replacement rings if thats what they damaged. They're not that expensive. I wouldn't want them fixed by rim doctor, They need to be stripped of clear powdercoat, polished, and then clear coated with powdercoat. www.ProformanceIndustries.com and do it but it's not going to be cheaper than new rings, it's all labor. They have done all my wheels on present and past cars and trucks.

FULL DISCLOSURE: Proformance Industries is owned by my brother in law but they do incredible work.
Thanks but they used the air gun on the lugs and went a little crazy on each one. The rings are fine. If anything I will try to get them to replace them. Not sure how good a job you can touch up forged wheels???

Well the dealer scratched all 4 of my RW's rotating the tires. Specifically said to take extra care of wheels when rotating and in tech notes. Left instructions on front seat for them as well. Service mgr got an earful on the phone today. A little regret but told him they were working on a LC not a Yaris! Hence a little upset. He asked if they could be fixed by the "rim doctor"? I don't think so..... Stay tuned.

Sounds like dip**** dealer morons owe you four new rims. If accept nothing less, as my level of disdain for dealer incompetence sinks to an all time low.

Btw, I'd buy your scratched wheels if they do the right thing here :)

Finally got round to changing my rear right tailight that had the lens busted on the side and was full of sand  also what's with the weird 3 plug harness you have to swap over onto the light. Best thing was when i was done and decided to test the light I realised I didn't swap the indicator bulb

Also found this grill :( couldn't find a satoshi one. Something might go on the center.

Hi Nomad, I like how you replaced the original fog lights on the TJM with the metal plate and an upgraded fog light. Did you custom fabricate that?

Thank you!

Thank you!
A few warnings if you want to get it done better. Have a fabricator with some patience and creativity. These fogs are meant to replace the stock fogs on the bumper so their angles are way off if put on directly. Mine still are a bit high and throw a ton of light down the side as well. Also levelling screws are soft i stripped the notch on one of them but luckily i was able to continue aligning it by pushing and rotating the lens.

If you need any close up pics let me know

As frustrated as I was with the dealer scratching the RW they have made it right. They called today that they ordered me 4 new RW wheels. Sorry tripledave- they are going to use the rim doctor on my old ones. Probably throw them on another vehicle or sell discounted. Keep u posted on what they do. But very happy they took high road and putting new ones on.

Congrats! Great to see proper customer service

Drove to Atlanta today. I am hanging out with my in-laws, and tomorrow I am going to do the diff drop, just to give me something to do while I am out of town.

I did put about 400 miles on the 200 today, most of it being highway miles. The 35s did well. Pretty decent road hum, but just like Willy, my wife didn't seem to notice, and I didn't point it out to her. According to the odometer, I was getting around 14 MPG...not great, I know.

I am meeting up with @Archtaan this weekend, because he wants to see a 200 on 35s. :D

Whoa!

It's quite refreshing to hear that they did the right thing.

Dammit

Thanks for looking out though. I'll keep my eyes on eBay and CL now as I've seen dealers post some wheels lately.

So here is a before and after of my mileage change after my Spark Plug change last week.

Exact same route, exact same times of day and similar temps/weather conditions.

Stock iridiums

NGK's

Thats promising - I going to try that that out soon and see what mine yields. Good work - nice results

I'm telling you Black keys or WuTang makes that noise go away

Yeah, I was pretty pleased to say the least. Should pay for themselves pretty quickly. I hope to pick up another mpg or 2 when we transition away from this winter blend crappy fuel.
