I’ve been meaning to change out my headlight housings for a while. Mine were baked in the Florida sun for 10 years. I’m not sure anything else can make you car look newer than putting on new OEM headlight housings.

I guess I hoped he found a way to use transmission temps to turn it on. Like the radiator fan is linked to coolant/engine temps.

Very cool. I looked at the Hayden 679 and like most aftermarket units, they're 3/4" thick vs the stock at 1.25" thick. Then again, you have active cooling on it now so that should more than makeup for things. Do you primarily use it for off-roading?

Sadly this repair is becoming more and more common.

That's what I discovered too once I figured out my issue. Both US assembled and Japan.

Polishing comes really close on a lot of lenses (but not all) but never lasts..

I splurged on buckets for my 13 and it basically transformed the front end.
