Did an alignment. I'm happy with the final measurements and how the truck drives with my new suspension setup. I was able to get the rear thrust angle to zero with the Ironman adjustable lateral rod.
Added some old tundra spacers I had laying around. Since adding my dissent front bumper and winch back in July, the front end is a little softer than I would like. My bilsteins are already at the top perch setting. This added about 1" of lift and should remedy the nose dive breaking I have been experiencing. I'm also loving the improved stance.
Drained and refilled 10.5qts of Toyota WS fluid to keep my transmission on my LX570 running smooth as part of my 200k diy service/maintenance. Followed @NLScooby ’s awesome video… made an investment in a little hydraulic pump but def didn’t need to get one. Figured it will be helpful for swapping other fluids on my fleet. It took me an embarrassingly long time, but if I had to do it again I’d be much much faster…. Took me a long time due to real-time research and head scratching before I finally realized that the paper clip is supposed to stay in to get the temp check procedure to work. ODO is 202,882…. Excited to see if my mpg goes up a smidge… haha ya right
Since only 3qts came out after first pan drain, I assumed I was low…. So I thought it would be safest to keep 1.5qts off to the side thinking I’d need to add some during the temp/level check procedure…. To my surprise quite a bit came out of the overfill hole.
I installed the ARB BASE 11 rack system yesterday. Installation took about 4 hours for 51"x84" rack. I installed the ARB Slimline lightbar, but have yet to wire it up. Bigger project since I'll have to remove the ARB left drawer assembly to run the wiring on the floor. This welded rack is rock solid and comes with nicely black coated hardware with a locktite material on the bolt threads. No worries about this rack system becoming a rattler, like Brand X.
Little or no more wind noise with this racks aluminum wind deflector.
No SiriusXM reception interference with the rack being so close to the sharkfin antenna.
Bought a small section of Ram tough track to mount to the front of my dash top speaker grill. Perfect for my phone and my other mount that I use for a handheld ham. Room for a 3rd ball for something else if needed. The limiting factor was going to be the clips that hold the speaker grill in place. They seem to have plenty of tension so I don’t foresee any problems with it coming unclipped.

Great idea! I really want to do same for my 2018 but with the speaker more in the way not the same install. I really wish someone would come up with a solid bracket type assembly to fit the 2016 plus LC’s. Looking to fit some 67 designs mounts someday if I can figure out a good track mount like yours.

Added a custom GX Basecamp sleep platform made of aluminum extrusion bars and Baltic Birch plywood. Paired with the Exped Megamat Duo mattress, it’s perfect for those 1-night camping and dirt bike riding trips.
Finally took delivery of our GFC Superlite RTT. Love how light it is seeing as ours won’t be mounted onto the LX full time since I park in a parking garage at work.
