Well you probably will get a lot of people's attention with this! Everything work as intended with factory controls? Climate controls obviously the most important.

Yep, everything factory works as intended! I’ve been troubleshooting a few bugs with GROM such as, the steering wheel controls won’t change the song on carplay and audio quality was messed up. We figured out that audio quality was due to a poor connection and is now fixed. They are still looking for a remedy for the steering wheel controls. Overall, I highly recommend.

I used some of their products about 5-6 years ago. I found their ideas were great but their execution was lacking. When it was working it, was great, but I frequently found myself turning the whole audio system off in frustration at trying to get my phone to connect or an update to install or whatever it was I was trying to do. Fixes were promised, and I was constantly checking their website looking for update news that never came when promised. I took it all out and sold it.

I hope they have gotten better since then.

Mounted my hi lift to the forward facing section of my ARB drawers. Wanted to have this as it is much easier to use this than the standard bottle jack. And didn't want it mounted to the exterior. So this was my solution. No contact with the second row seats.

I’ve been meaning to install those mounts on the seat facing side for an ax & mag light. What length bolt did you use, or cut them?

The big black twist knobs utilize the existing rivnuts for the box construction. For the quickfist mounts, I just used a pretty short self tapping screw for proof of concept. Will probably replace with rivnuts at some point, but it is pretty secure and rather constrained by the seat back, so I feel good enough leaving it as is for the time being.

I'll add that there is very little clearance between that bulkhead and the back of the drawer. Like about 1/2", maybe less. ARB went to great lengths to maximize the size of the drawers, very little wasted space.

Yeah, I was planning on grinding down the protrusion from the backside if i made contact with the drawers as its pretty hard to visualize with them installed. But half inch sounds about right from my experience.

Do you like them ? Did u you get stock size ? What’s the difference between them and the AT2?

My size is not stock. 275/70/18, they are the next version of the AT2. I like them a lot, but for the price I may go back to a nokian rotiva AT Plus. Those were really good in snow, on ice and on the trails...

Finished the installation of the new King coilovers and rear shocks. Ben at Filthy Motorsports was great to work with, and I am quite happy with the results so far. Waiting until after the break in period to play too much with the adjustments and final critique.

If anyone is interested, I have my 9 month old BP-51s for sale, in great condition.

Why the change?

Alright.
Found that I had purchased some countersunk M5x20 bolts and M5 tooth washer lock nuts just for installing the Quick Fist clamps over year ago, collecting dust in toolbox.

Quick measurements (1 5/8” from box base), drill and install.
No issues hitting the back of the sliding bin or interference with passenger side chair. I did set the second (further) grip in the gap so that it’s easier to open/close the strap.
Perfect for the Gransfors Bruk Small Forest Axe. Or 3+ D-cell Maglight. Etc. Etc.

Essentially I have been chasing the dragon (what I thought the suspension "should feel like") for > 2 years. After Accu Tune Offroad totally screwed up my custom Fox suspension (they don't know LCs and told me I was "too picky"), I looked for support from a local company and tried BP-51s on Slee's recommendation. They were okay, but I wanted a bit more. The OME were way better than the Fox, but still felt "nervous" with my weights, loads and driving style compared to how I thought it "should feel". Slee's answer was "it is performing within the expectations of a 200 series that has been modified". Unsatisfied, I then spoke with Ben at Filthy, who built what I have now, and I think he nailed it. The difference is admittedly subtle but feels more composed, less nervous and planted. I still have a small amount of top-end bobbing but the overall performance is better at all speeds. Even my ski buddy, who rides in the truck weekly, commented on the improvement.

Nothing as cool as new suspension or armor or head units. Ground/sanded back some trail scrapes and dings on sliders and underneath the truck, then a few coats of primer and paint. Found that a nonwoven wheel on my grinder worked the best. Picked it up from the Borg.
Worked out about 80% of a large dent in front fender from wheeling.
Changed the oil and filter.

What was the "break in period" they recommended?

Ben just suggested not messing with the adjusters for the first month, and then asked that I call him to discuss any issues in ride quality. I don't think this is as much a manufacture requirement as it is a way for him to get his customers used to the new ride, while avoiding unnecessary phone calls from guys who screwed up the ride quality by playing too much with the adjusters.

He did say the "springs will break in", but I'm not sure if this means they will settle just a bit, or if they will have a perceptible change in the ride quality.
