All the cool cats have a snorkel :D Welcome to the stupid question magnet club

Whats that?
A snorkel
No really
It's the engine exhaust
Oh, thats neat
My wife or I get the "is that for the exhaust" question at least once a month.

Wow, it’s been a long time since I started this thread. Making one of my last posts here (at least for a while).

Sold Fat Amy last week. Sad to see her go, but she’s going to another member here, who sounds like they are going to get to have a lot of fun with her. Here’s our last pic together, before the transport truck picked her up and took her to her new home in Southern California. Congrats, @Joaquin jimenez !

Now, to start a new chapter in my cruiser ownership. Picked up a triple locked Collector’s Edition, and I am looking forward to learning all the ins and outs of the 80 Series.

Thank you all for the laughs, knowledge, and friendships I made in the 200 Series boards. Maybe I’ll be back. ;)

What is this? The fourth person that's sold their 200 for an 80? :D
I picked a 80 two years ago. It’s a work in progress but it’s fun to drive. I wouldn’t sell my 200 though.

Aside from the 1FZ (which is a pile of garbage), the 80 is damn fantastic. I was surprised at how much I liked it.
It’s just slow, loves to gulp gas, head gasket is a norm.

Thanks @MScruiser for all the posts over the years. Always enjoyed reading about your adventures with Fat Amy, so to speak.

Your posts and early videos helped me when I first got my 200.

Enjoy your 80. I’ll be sure to loiter over there every once in a while to read about the next adventures...

Installed Cheap Sealight LED headlight kit ($39.95 from Amazon). Looks pretty good, will see how they look in the dark.

We miss you around here, my friend!
I will never forget watchin Fat Amy bouncing over stuff in Ouray like an RC truck. Lol. 37s and monster lift—kid in a candy store. :)

Maybe we need a 200 forum “homecoming” gathering...so you... @Canyonero ,@TonyP and other “defectors” can gather up again. :)

Do us all a favor and check in from time to time. I’ve been glad to see Tony chiming in here despite his similarly dastardly defection. :grinpimp:

By the way... It was @Willy beamin ’s and your T13 that alerted me to the TJM on my own rig.

Happy trails...

Mark

Will do!

I’ll certainly be around. With a 40, 100, and now an 80, I am not going anywhere.
