@Genoks - I'm running nothing in the front but it's wider then OEM due to the Tundra arms ( roughly 1.65 inches it seems) I also am adding a 10mm spacer this week to get better clearance to the KDSS and change scrub angle a bit... in the rear I have 1.25 Slee/ spidertrax currently - but have a 1.5" custom set enroute.

I am going to be adding 10mm rear coil spacers and cranking the front up a bit but it seems to clear so far when cycled with a forklift and lightly wheeled....

Cheers

I put the front OEM spacers on my 200 today and the drivers side sits almost an inch lower than the passenger side now. Does anyone have an idea of what that may be from?

Did you level the KDSS system?

I thought I did, I'm going to open the shudder valves now and jack that front corner up and down a little to see if it will level itself. I went through the FSM last night and, outside of bouncing on the vehicle with the valves open, the next step is bleeding the system and that's outside my wheelhouse. The truck only has 35k on it and this is the first time those valves have been cracked so I can't imagine there being air in the system.

Once you all lift your 200s, does the front match in height?

Maybe I should start a new thread on this one for future reference but I tried leveling the KDDS system to no avail. I took it to the dealership and from what I am told, they scratched their heads and popped the bleed screw on the shutter valve and was able to get the front to about 5/8 of a difference between sides. I was told they checked out the two 2016 and 2017 trucks they had sitting out front had a similar variance. So the question of the hour is, Is that a normal difference between sides? The FSM doesn't show a tolerance.

give this a read - twas in the FAQ section for 200's - Cruiser Lean: "You've been doing it all wrong. Yes you"

KDSS needs to be reset.

Willy found the thread I was looking for... It goes beyond simply hoping it will level itself upon valve release and shows you how to give it a serious nudge with a jack. I like it.

Here's an adjusted version that shows a bit of detail in the tire.

It looks quite shredded in this zoomed part...

I bet you're excited! Are you installing it yourself or having a shop do it?

Very excited and yes I will be doing it myself. Never hacked up a perfectly good bumper before so it should be interesting.

Also supposed to also pick up my Gamiviti flat rack this evening and bumper should be here next Friday. Hopefully by the end of the month I will have time to get it all put together.

Few things I did that I never posted: IPF LED bulbs (Amazon.com: IPF LED bulb headlight 6500K H11 12v20w 301HLB: Automotive). Right is the LED vs halogen on the left. Bulbs fit with dual battery, I'm very happy with them.

Interior lights upgraded with these (Amazon.com: Cutequeen Trading 2PCS White 5050 48SMD 48-SMD LED Panel Dome Light Lamp + T10 BA9S Festoon Adapter (pack of 2): Automotive) Super bright. Added one to the front also (soldered it onto the LED bulb lead). They're stupid bright, great upgrade. Also, I never posted pictures with my RTT on, here are some I found.

Those James Barouds are so nice.

Alaska is the one area I’d go ahead and get a RTT... Slept in a tent in the northern boonies of the Brooks Range with a very nervous wife because grizzlies were aaall over the place one year. A RTT would have been super helpful.
