What have you done to your 200 Series this week? (21 Viewers)

I ride on BP51s with 2070 OEM Springs. I have the bags and the compressor in the garage and i'd like to install for when I tow the boat or pack the truck for skiing.
I am worried about the accumulation of condensation and water in the bags with the tube at the top

I'll let you know if I run into condensation issues in the future. If you already have the kit I'd do it - worst case you're just out the labor to install and remove later, and a replacement set of bump stops. If the bags get moisture in 50k miles I'd just swap them since they're just $100 (plus labor). If you inflate and deflate 10-20 times per year I wouldn't expect much moisture anyway. I would be more concerned if you have a slow leak and a compressor which runs automatically and keeps trying to top it off.

Got the lift and tires on. Big thanks to Eric Murphy and Tom at Camelback Toyota, who are also very active on this forum. I've never seen so many Cruisers in one place at one time being wrenched on!

2723 springs in back seem awfully stiff for an otherwise stock truck. How's it riding in back?

The ride is about perfect and wife approved after a long "test" drive yesterday. Nice thing with OME is there is a flavor for everyone. This is a medium spring, and not as stiff as you might think, this truck is not a feather weight. Besides we tend to pack the truck pretty well, so no sag for us. There are actually several options above/stiffer than this available for the 200 currently from ARB.

I'll likely move to the 2723 once I add drawers and rear bumper. Might go slightly heavier at that time.

My 2007 Tundra weighs about ~6800 lbs. Steel bumpers, underbody armor and 35" tires will do that.

Finally found a USE for that right-rear hole that looks like it's made for something, but nothing ever really fits:

A squashed roll o duct tape...

I know... It ain't pretty... Don't care.

And... -You know how duct tape roll sides stick to stuff?
-This spot keeps the sticky side away from the inner surface! Tadaaaa!

And heck... in a pinch?
-Duct tape fixes...attaches...seals EVERYTHING.

Got around to re-positioning the hi-lift so it didn't rattle so much - had to position the base plate far enough towards the rear so that the base plate doesn't rest on the top rail and rattle while driving (probably only applies to those with a gobi stealth rack). Also added a pair of TRED1100 with custom made 4ft leashes from paracord - used a combo of cross knots every 2 inches over 4ft then made the handle out of cobra braid. Used 20ft of paracord for each 4ft leash - didn't measure precisely enough so one handle is shorter than the other, but ran out of paracord to correct it. Good enough for now.

Installed a LED light bar on the rear door (upper portion). The cargo compartment is a bit dark at night so this will fix that!. Its wired into the secondary (fridge) battery, so won't have to worry about the main battery. Thanks @Equipt.

How did you run the 12V?

I installed the Slee second battery bracket and an IBS system pretty much first thing after I purchased the 200. Ran that power to two places - first under the passenger seat for the HAM and then back to the rear compartment for the fridge. I tapped into the line to the fridge for this light install. Haven't started a build thread yet, as the exterior is still entirely stock but plan on a build thread in the future.
