Small mod to my Gamiviti rack.
I wanted more surface on the rack, so I drilled and riveted three strips of aluminum.
Coincidental benefit:
There was a wicked loud vibration in the rack at about 38 mph that would make the whole truck hum. It's gone. Looks like the longitudinal strips broke up the resonance between the cross bars. I also think the high speed wind noise might be slightly quieter too, but that's less conclusive.

Got the Ironman Protector Bullbar installed on the 100.

Very pleased with the product. Not quite as beefy as the traditional ARB Bullbars that I have on my 80's, but it should do the job of busting through snow banks and saving the front end from a run-in with a deer should that happen. It was also significantly cheaper than the ARB's, so it has that in its favor.

Mark and the crew at MetalTech were awesome to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Sold my 05 Taco and picked up a 2004 LC. Plan on OME lift, new rubber and Slee "blueberry" front bumper.

I replaced my broken oe fogs with these Toyota blanks I ordered from cruiserparts.net. I had a stone break out the back of one of the oe fogs and since their effectiveness is pretty limited I decided to just delete them. I plan to use the abandoned wiring to power some LED lighting in the future.

Flatted another in Grand Canyon. Thought the PO tires looked good but no. I drive carefully, but fast...200 miles of dirt today and crapped out 2 miles from pavement....damn.

Got some media for the high tech audio playback device in my 2005 luxury vehicle.

Since running with Houses of the Holy in the deck, my fuel economy has increased to 14 mpg and it feels like I've got a front locker when I'm off road.

I bought mine brand new in 05 and for the life of me I cannot remember off hand whether or not it has a cassette deck. I think it does but I can't be sure without going outside and looking at it.

I should get a couple just for fun.

Ok, here goes.... Just came back from Dirty Parts after purchasing an ARB rear locker with high output compressor (for locker activation and airing up tires), and air manifold. Came home with the compressor however had to order the locker and manifold. Including the aforementioned purchases, I also have (and need to install) a Helton hot water heater (thanks Kurt), ARB front bull bar, and re-built fan clutch. Gonna be a busy weekend!!

Just put OME 865 springs on my truck and cranked the front end to about 2". Now it feels like an off road truck. Though the previous setup didn't stop it. Since we're getting rain and cool weather, it's prime season for getting out and about.

Now it's got a wobbling feeling when steering left to right and I feel it's not as tight as before. I'm not sure if it was the cranked front end or the extended stock shocks that changed the ride characteristics.

The older LC100 stereo location in the dash is double DIN, so if you have a single DIN stereo, then Toyota provided a cubby-hole in the lower slot.
The ARB switches are a near perfect fit into the slot, and the latches sit well behind the cubby-hole opening lip. So all I had to do was drill a hole in the back of the cubby-hole for the cabling. As a bonus the ARB switch required ignition/ground/lighting wiring feeds are all available from the stereo wiring directly above, so very easy to cable. The round thing in the left is the directional mic for the bluetooth hands-free integrated into the stereo unit.

I noticed with my ome lift, it definitely wobbles, it tracks weirdly - I have to constantly adjust steering when on the highway.
