I replaced the front and rear sway bar bushings. I haven't driven it enough to tell a difference (only in the neighborhood). It does seem a little more responsive though.

Oil Change, Replaced stock bumper with ARB, pulled running boards. Now I gotta find a nice wreath to attach to that front hoop!

ah good ole LJ, and i was joking about your Christmas lights. This week i real sealed my leaky sunroof that started leaking again.

:)

I thought for sure that you noticed the red interior and was pointing that out. And I do have PFran's LEDs lighting up the cargo area.

It's so nice to be driving down the highway and not be blinded by the interior lighting. I really like the red LEDs and the kit I have puts out a good bit of light.

Had our Xmas party with the 4WD club.
Drove over the beach, seaweed and limestone back as far as we could.
Got bogged after returning to another car in the convoy who was bogged. i tried to turn around in very very soft sand. That stretch ofbeach claimed 3 cars in 10 minutes.

now to learn how to do a major service,
timing kit set $340,
gear oil, ATF oil, engine oil, diff oil total, grease $162,
air filter, diesel filters, oil filter $57

Just need the gasket set for AT sump, then I can also clean the wire mesh in petrol...

Is there anything else I need to check that I have overlooked?

Yeah it's kilometers, so 180k miles on your end, we change timing belt every 100k km/ 60k miles.

We also do a major service every 20k km / 12k miles and a minor service in between

Brakes as and when they sound like a pig

Installed Shane's antenna mount.

Did a thorough ATRAC snow test. I am definitely lacking in the tire department. The Michelin MS leave something to be desired in the deep stuff.

Also gave myself some extra ground clearance... Oops. Better get those sliders before I do some real damage.

I had to do a lot of digging to get myself out of this one. It doesn't turn around like the mini does. It might take me awhile to get used to it. Also, all that clacking from the ATRAC is nerve racking at first. It sure does work well though if you just let it do its thing and keep steady throttle!

Got a long needed realignment, packed the wife and dog in the cruiser, and drove it from San Diego to Chicago. I love my cruiser and all but I've definitely had enough of it for one week.

I also got to brush the cobwebs off my winch and pull a dodge out of a ditch. I must have seen at least 300 cars, trucks and semi's in the ditch on my drive through IA. That number is not an exaggeration. Truly nasty storm.

over the last 4 weeks
- Installed weather tech all-weather mats
- Installed Polk MM6501 Speakers
- Baseline Dyno'd truck
- Installed DT Catback exhaust for testing
- Mounted Victornox Safety Tool in arm rest
- Installed Slee Diff Drop
- Created and installed new Otterbox iPad Mini Mount
- Installed Lightning connector power cord for iPad Mini

I'll snap a pic tomorrow. It's no big deal... I have a pelican 7060 mounted in the arm rest and there is just enough space to have the Victorinox next to it... I used some industrial velcro on the tool carry case and in the arm rest. Secure - always ready and no rattles.
