Few things recently;
Asfir skids, front and transmission. Note I was able to get the stock transfer case bolted up however it is over the trans skid. I got a 1” whole saw and drilled through the asfir trans skid to get the stock transfer case skid/deflector mounted. I prefer this over the asfir stransfer case skid because there is an additional crossmember on theirs which seems like it would get in the way of functionality. I also drilled 2” holes in the transmission skid. I live in a city so stop and go driving is majority and having the exhaust next to the fuel lines covered by a 1/4 inch piece of aluminum seems like a recipe for something to go wrong, maybe it’s fine but maybe the holes give better ventilation.
Iron man lower trailing arms; These are probably 2x heavier than stock. Way better ride, much more stable while keeping the nice AHC ride. I purchased the uppers but when they arrived they don’t have the AHC bracket so either I cut the old one off and weld it or just replace the stock bushings.
New brakes and rotors all the way around and I also got one of those deep welled cup holders not too long ago, I like it.
Ready for the 3k mile round trip to Crusiers on the Rockies!
