After finally getting my DT headers installed, I took her out for a little off-roading. Came home, parked it in the driveway only to come out a few hours later to a new oil leak. Guys, this is getting discouraging. Here’s a photo from today. View attachment 2771606
Dam. Any idea where's it coming from?

How do you like the headers?

the headers are good I guess. No discernible power difference but the tick from the leaky old headers is GONE and that’s all that matters. It also fixed my “stoplight drone” that’s been driving me crazy.

That's the reason I did the DT headers. I got carried away and got the cat-back system.

The catalytic converters were cheap version and I got that fixed too.

The shop finished up the exhaust system yesterday and today they were working on the timing belt, water pump, etc.

I'm anxious to get the truck back. LOL

Been working on a new interior attic rack design for a while and finally got the second prototype installed. Still have some tweaks to make and several other accessory components (vertical barriers and quarter panel grids) to finalize but it’s getting close!

Thanks for this obviously it clears the front hub flange. I'm thinking of going aftermarket wheels next year and didn't want to spend $300+ on spacers
They fit very nicely. I am definitely not ready to buy nice wheels. Still working my way through key items like the seeping transfer case and front differential, and the big clunk.

I really like the design! This has also been happening elsewhere in 100 series-ville.

Replaced the rear ambers w/ LEDs. 100% LED now. Ridiculously brighter!

I know the feels. I have bushing I need to refresh I'm so happy that PO did a kitty of maintenance with at Lexus and other shops so I don't have oil seepage *knock wood*

Looks good. You fab the panel?

Yes! Laser cut on an Amada Ensis 3015AJ fiber laser and bent using an Amada HD2204NT press brake using USA steel

Yes I have been seeing that and it’s an awesome solution! I’m trying to do something a little different by designing this as a “modular storage solution”. So not only will there be this shelf up top, but there will also be a vertical barrier that will drop down and hug the back of the second row, as well as side panels to cover the quarter panel windows. Almost an a la carte system. On top of that I’m making wall-mount brackets for home/garage applications

I like it a lot! @Delta VS makes something similar for the 80 series that is the envy of everyone that doesn't yet have the full setup

Dam... that looks awesome

As I continue to prep vehicle there’s some things popping up, old drivers side headlight assembly has a hole and crack, so I ordered a new one. I guess the previous owner upgraded the lamps, anyone know anything about these?
