Taking bites from the elephant. Finish driver side LCA bushings (they were shot, so glad I went for it), 555 ball joint, replaced bushing and needle bearings, and have new races in the hubs.

New pcv hoses (discovered I had the wrong style PCV valve so that’ll go on next week), new fuel filter, and replaced the MIA brake bleeder valve caps.
Yesterday the dealer balanced and rotated my wheels (told them about ten times to do all five—looks like they did four) and aligned my front end, although it looks suspiciously like they only even attempted to correct toe....so I’ll be going back.

awesome job!

[] Replaced factory key fobs(2) with AJT offerings. CR1616 batteries pending
[] Loncky perforated leather steering wheel cover

Finally figured this one out. Replaced the tape deck with a single DIN headunit on 2002 with nav.

It looks like the nav functionality still works, cannot confirm since a motor in my nav unit is dead and prevents it from loading the map. Project for another day.

Used a 68 ohm resistor bypass on the connecter in back and used the other terminals in the connector to power the unit. Ran speaker wire down under the passenger seat and connected to the speaker outputs off the connector on the factory amp.

I followed instructions mainly from this thread, post #72.

68 ohm resistor to replace stereo on NAV equipped LC and LX - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/68-ohm-resistor-to-replace-stereo-on-nav-equipped-lc-and-lx.965785/

Pretty easy to do technically, just a few hours of connecting wires.

My EFI/ECU fuse holder finally melted - I have had replace or clean the fuse once or twice a year for several years, now completely shot. Kept it running for a day using a jumper from battery to “f” terminal, until buying fuse holder and terminals. Had to find separate source (always hot) - used open fuse (Rated 20A) source. Relay tucks in nicely (relay extensions and one to new power source).

Details of issue/fix on “my immobilizer fix” thread here. Problem is slight resistance in fuse box, which triggers immobilizer to ‘immobilize’ vehicle. Resistance>heat, and fuse holder or fuse melts. ( I stuck a blue fuse in damaged holder, below white wires)

ALSO this site sucks on an iPad. Variable size google adds keep pushing text up and down

What happened to your fuses where you put your fused line? I have fuses in those empty slots in your picture.

Me likey! Any link for the camera and screen you used?
Bought it from elinz but after looking through aliexpress it appears to be available there as well.
Hopefully go for a drive this afternoon and see how it goes. Ran out of time yesterday.

Completed the swing arm tire carrier on the Dissent Offroad bumper I won at the HIH9 raffle (A little more than a year after I received it due to a house remodel, two moves, and getting married slowing my wrenching time; still need to wire up the reverse lights and install the trailer wiring)! By far, the most well designed aftermarket equipment I've installed in my almost 25 years of wrenching. Thanks to @benc for his support of HIH every year!

I also added a Gamiviti @nakman spare receiver behind the spare tire and will use it for bike racks or traction boards bolted to the accessory plate I bought as well. You can see in the first pic that it had no problems clearing the stock wheel. Great product from another longtime HIH supporter!
