Would love to hear how those powergrips hold up over time. I did stainless but went with worm drive clamps. Yours looks nice and clean!View attachment 1754536
Getting the Cruiser sorted before our trip in 2 weeks. New, stainless steel heater T's and new Oem hoses secured with Gates Powergrip clamps on the T's and reused the original clamps at the other ends. The mountains of Colorado and the deserts of Nevada are sure to test our coolant system. One less thing to worry about. I had replaced one heater hose T that blew after my body lift and even using the old hose that fit loosely on the steel T and was deeply indented from the original clamps the Gates Powergrips held firm and didn't leak a drop. Big fan of them now.

View attachment 1759657 Installed Redarc trailer brake controler in prep for Oct camping trip to NC. I'll be towing a 4k lb. Travel trailer and want maximum safety. Red about these on the forum.
Seeing this is giving me the itch ..I got my 315/75/16 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs mounted up. I also needed to replace my tie rod ends, and best the pinch welds back while I was doing that. There is still a little rub, so it looks like I'll be getting the cutting wheel out tomorrow!
The difference was pretty noticeable between the 315s and 285s, but I don't feel it much (if at all) while driving.
Seeing this is giving me the itch ..
315s look perfectly proportional on the these big pigs.
^^^ Curious how you managed to dent the rocker when you have sliders that don't look damaged at all (besides some scuffs)!
