Installed a Yakima mega Warior cargo rack. Really would like to upgrade to a Baja rack. Anyone have any brand recomendations?

I'm partial to the Front Runner - has a bunch of attachments for almost anything you'd want to put up top.

It's an ARB ....
ARB DELUXE BAR TOYOTA LAND CRUISER 100 SERIES 1998-02 (3413050).... I mounted the solenoid relay box right on top of the winch bolted through the center opening of he bumper that exposes the winch...I had an extra Warn relay box bracket from another winch install that turned the install easy.. I can take pictures tomorrow if you want to see... p.s., the bracket that came with this winch was no good for this fitment.

FrontRunner has Two votes, I can use money not time to buy a attachment type that uniquely holds an item on the rack and reconfigure as the need arises. With any rack my recommendation is to also use NRS straps Straps at NRS - Kayaking Gear Rafting Supplies and Boating Equipment they will last for a lifetime and will hold anything you can't get a mount for.

I'm working on a better fairing for my Baja rack, as the stock one is a joke. Final product will be lexan probably.

I finally decided to install the cb radio that's been in my garage for a year.

bought it, sanded and cleared the front turn signals/fog lights, cleaned the maf and r&r the power steering fluid. more to come!!!

Found the crown bearings, press fitted at an engineering firm. Then took diff to Tru-turn with all the parts and Rod did a great job setting the diff. No more noise whilest I have been running it in at 100km/h to the farm & back. All in was about $400 parts & $100 labour. Had a friend who is a very good mechanic help with all the serious side, learnt a lot of what not to do there, pretty easy to damage the pinion if you don't have the right tools to remove the old bearings!!!
Pulled off the Warn 9000lb winch and will fit the Warn 8000lb winch I had spare tomorrow... hopefully it all works once back on the Hundy!

Yesterday the battery died.

I purchased a Toyota Truestart 84 month battery less than two years ago. Took it to dealer and replaced it no charge.

Toyota will replace the battery within two years. FYI

Exactly why i have one in the 100 and one in the 4Runner!!

found a water pump gasket leak so i pulled everything off to replace. sucks cause lexus just did the tbelt and water pump 20k ago. putting new gaskets, 170* t-stat and a new tbelt just for good measure.

Well shoot, with the name '84-month' I'd hope they replace it after it failed in just 24!

AAA will replace their batteries within 3. Not sure how they compare to Toyota's though.

Started on my @4x4labs double swing rear bumper with tire carrier and 3 gas can carrier that just arrived today. Just playing with the gas can carrier first because I'm a little rusty. The first beads of many... this kit is gonna be so much fu*king fun! This kit is top notch and Luke's customer service is EXCELLENT.

You may want to straighten out the kink in your front breather line
