Painted the wheels with the ole plastic dip in a can. Way better than the pitted and peeling rims. Should have done this a long time ago.

Did the OME lift a few months back and just finally put the steering shock on.

Then replaced the AC idler pulley thanks to Kyle at Toyota South Atlanta for getting the part. The old one was wore out.

Yes. OEM belts only!

What color is this? I love white on these pigs. If I could I would do VW Alpine white. A little hail to my VW/Audi history...first one I ever owned.

Congrats, the truck looks great!
It's a pretty classic VW color IMO. I have a 91 Golf in that color with 330k miles and runs strongs.

Did you prime your wheels with the plastidip primer first?

Finally adjusted the DS headlight to a more down to Earth beam. Aliens will no longer complain about my headlights. The oncoming traffic will not like it, but it if they drive fast it won't bother them too much.
The credit goes to @120mm for giving me the idea of doing the adjustment with a pair of pliers. The adjustment rod will not be able to turn the gear at all.

No, I just sanded them down with 80 grit sandpaper and used these.

Ok. I tried doing that with my front valance (the piece below the headlights and above the front bumper) when I did my grill and headlight trim. It isn't holding. It's sticking like crazy to the plastic parts (headlight bezels and grill) but peeling off of the metal (valance). It said to use the primer but I didn't have any and didn't want to run to the store. Not overly concerned because I'm monstalining my truck this summer.

Rear brake pads solo without any help from my mechanic neighbor who always helps me out on my rig. Not hard at all. Today is steering stabilizer hopefully.

Did some wheeling with this guy... Better pics soon to follow in his thread... You know the one.
