I purchased it that way....Driver hits black ice (yes in AZ) has 4 &7 year old in car seats in back. During the roll lands and slides on guard rail. Ends the journey on all four tires. Kids and driver escape without a scratch or bump. I get it, charge the battery and its drivable

Replaced diff fluids, replaced the power antenna that hasn't worked since 2005, removed the rusted out trailer hitch, and washed for the first time since 2009. Sliders next today. Checking off the long overdue list before Moab.
Removed and reinstalled push rod cover. Painted it metallic red. Should add at least 10 horsepower. Ha ha. Pulling oil pan later today. Btw. Cut some bolts into studs and used them to hang the gasket on with very little silicone to hold in place while I installed cover. Made very quick work of it.
Took my 6 year old son for some desert camping in Red Rock (Mohave ) ca area. Got 25 mpg on the way there and 17mpg wheeling in the desert at slow speeds... Got to love the 4bt and NV4500.. Met another 80 guy out there from here but forget his name..

I painted my frame...which just started off with sliders needed paint then figured what the hell it needs to be done. Long job. Took about 15 hrs in 2 days. Scraped, sanded, wire brushed, cookied, etc. Taped off some stuff. Cut it with a brush so I got a nice coat on all the corners, seams, etc. Also brushed all the ruff areas. Then I sprayed a final coat. I did the front end on saturday and the rear today (sunday) I used SEM rust shield black. I thinned with low temp activator for spraying....forgot the name. It came out awesome. This needs to be done every couple yrs here in CT. Rust sucks. I am happy that the frame is very solid and will stay that way.....and the job is done for a few yrs.
Adjusted my TPS and tightened up all throttle cables. Noticeable improvement. Lost a TPS screw
Added DynoMat to PS rear cargo area. Adding DynoMat to DS rear door now along with replacing the door lock and the speaker to match the others. Should be done in about two hours.
